Amanda is a great host who is very responsive. The house is very clean and very well equipped with everything you need. Great location that is peaceful and quiet with plenty to do close by with the advantage of the pool and on site facilities. Some great pubs and restaurants close by too. This was our 2nd time and we will definitely be back again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay for a wedding last weekend. The house is great place to relax and just a short walk from the beach. The garden is really secure for dogs and has a side gate with a hose to wash off the sand after fun at the beach. Nic and Rick sent loads of really helpful information before our stay and were flexible with timings for check in and out. They are so friendly, are very responsive to any questions and left some lovely personal touches for our arrival (scones and jam, eggs, bread and milk!). Thank you for a great stay. We had a lovely time and hope to be back soon!!

This house is in simply the best location for the town and beach. The house is home for home and the kitchen has every utensil you need and the bathroom is great. The courtyard is a lovely intro in the afternoon too. My only slight reservation: we are a family of 5 and I think the house is more suited to a family of four. The living areas and kitchen/diner feel smaller than the photos look.

Very lovely little place to stay. Located close to so many lovely places in Cornwall to visit. The barn was clean and tidy with a comfy bed. Dogs had a small enclosed courtyard but would have been even better to have a small enclosed grass area for them as I found the pictures a little bit misleading as I thought we did have that. The conservatory was a lovely place to sit and enjoy the view.

We loved staying at the Coach house it was just as in the pictures, and clean/comfortable with many mod cons. The Cream tea provided was delicious and the milk from the Milkiosk was fun/special. Our spaniel loved the field to run round in, although he was a bit naughty on occasion straying with the excitement. The pool is heaven, especialy as it is timetabled per unit meaning we had it all to ourselves for our turns (what a great idea). Just a great location with some lovely beaches and walks along the coastline. We loved it so much we have already booked again for next year.

we had a lovely week stay, the accommodation was spotless and felt right at home, spacious through out, kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils you need, the garden is a good size and great for the dog to, we had breakfast in the garden with the beautiful weather we had. They was even a dog treat jar with treats for the dog too. only downfall we had was the TV wasn't a smart TV so couldnt watch any apps etc, and the top of the stairs light didn't work. other than that would definitely recommend it and will return again.

The property was great. The location couldn't be better with the beach right outside and Mawgan Porth on your doorstep. Stunning views front and rear along with a great outdoor area for when you return from your beach adventures with sandy feet and wet gear. The property itself excels at all the things you need for a comfortable stay: great bed, shower/bathroom, kitchen and sofa as well as some really nice touches like the record player, welcome basket and great decor. Highly recommended and will definitely be returning.

We stayed over the Christmas week. It’s always a worry as to whether there will be sharp knives, enough trays while cooking Christmas dinner etc but I need not have worried as there was everything we could possibly have wanted. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and all items were clean, good quality and plentiful. The whole property was very comfortable, warm and spacious. Outside areas were accessed by the grandchildren, they enjoyed a daily swim. The system for booking is excellent. We managed to have a brief game on the tennis court and the children had a little time in the play hut and on the equipment. The zip line was a real hit. It would be lovely to be able to return when the weather would allow more use of the great outdoor facilities. Laura and Richard are great hosts. Brilliant communication prior to arriving. A great in person welcome too on arrival. We hope to return and can highly recommend Mullen at Pitt farm

Just spent a long weekend with family at this amazing place, it really has the wow factor! Beautiful countryside views, lovely tastefully decorated accommodation, with a fantastic pool and hot tub. It’s such a peaceful beautiful location. We enjoyed early morning walks to watch the cows come back from milking and listening to the owls hooting at night. Melanie is such a lovely lady, so warm and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. We enjoyed our stay so much we didn’t want to leave and will definitely be returning. Maureen's place was absolutely ideal for us - a small group, with one toddler in tow. The instructions for finding and getting into the house were really clear, the space was clean, comfortable and well-equipped, and the views out of the living room are really lovely. Having access to the pool and gym was lovely, and the pub is a close-by, friendly option for food and a drink. Maureen was incredibly quick to respond to messages as well. All in all, we were very pleased with our stay!

The bungalow is gorgeous and the lounge is so spacious. Personally I don't think the photos do it justice! It was spotlessly clean and the location for us was perfect as it allowed us to sit out on the decking whilst our boys played in the playground with their new found friends! Considering it is a big site, I found it really peaceful. The pool was brilliant and the lifeguards were super friendly! The beach is a short drive away with LOTS of parking so you never have to worry about getting there super early. Lots of rock pools to go exploring in too. Fabulous Bungalow, fab location and would definitely recommend!!

We enjoyed a welcome retreat away in Talland Bay, it was perfect for lots of walking and then soaking in the hot tub with beautiful sea views. We would definitely go back.

Myself, my partner Claire and our little Pooch had a fantastic stay. The premises was in walking distance to the Fistral Beach. The restaurant recommended at Sea Spray was well received, we enjoyed our Brunch before checking in. Our hosts were great, facilitated an earlier check in than advertised. Would highly recommend staying here, we only wished we had more time.

We really enjoyed our holiday in Wren lodge. It was so peaceful, cosy, clean, well equipped and was our happy place for a week. We loved the swimming pool and would have used it loads more if the weather had been warmer. During our week we had a lovely 2 mile walk to the local village pub where we had a tasty meal. We drove out to Bude, which we loved for cute shops and crabbing on the harbour wall. We found Sandymouth beach for a fun beach day, with an amazing beach cafe. We would definitely recommend the lodge for a relaxing homely place to stay with great helpful hosts. Definitely value gor money. Well equipped kitchen and all lovely and clean. The large garden space around the lodge was sich a nice view and seeing cows in the field from the kitchen window was just delightful! A very happy holiday. Thank you to Valerie and Tony!

Excellent stay! An easy drive to many of the beautiful and exciting corners of Cornwall. Technically there is a train track nearby, but we could barely hear it, even with the windows open in the bedrooms. A very well outfitted kitchen and spacious lounging area. We also had a B&B breakfast, which we hadn't expected. 10/10 would come back and stay again!

Nice quiet and pretty village with great views. The cottage was clean and comfortable, just what we were after for a short family break.

Gorgeous loft with beautiful surroundings and situated perfectly for our trip. Only a short drive from Perranporth beach which we capitalised! Ashleigh left us a lovely booklet of recommendations as well. Communication and instructions were very clear and check in was flexible. Debbie and her partner are wonderful hosts. Their annex is ideal for 2 people that want a quiet, private space in a gorgeous part of Devon. The patio and garden are gorgeous... Especially on a sunny morning.

This is a lovely light & spacious cabin with great coastal views in a quiet location. It was a great base to explore this part of the north Devon coast and we'd happily stay here again

A beautiful gem in a fabulous serene location near so many brilliant places in Cornwall. Perfectly furnished and thoughtful set up. Super helpful and friendly host - down to getting the bbq ready for us and being able to hose down wetsuits on site plus lots of great local recommendations - plus very quick responses and let us know we could check in early. Could not recommend enough (except to ensure there’s some availability next summer so we can return!). Exactly what we needed and such a stunning private garden too - ideal if you are bringing a furry friend. Many thanks and hope to be back soon

We had a wonderful stay! The Airbnb was spotless and very well maintained. The view was stunning, and the location offered easy access to the beach—perfect for daily walks and relaxation. Our kids loved the dedicated play area, which kept them entertained throughout the trip. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt, making the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

What a brilliant stay we had! Cosy caravan in a lovely secluded location with secure garden which was perfect for our doggie! Lovely and clean, perfect for what we needed. Lisa kept in touch with directions on how to get to them if needed and also provided a travel cot which was a super bonus for us not having to bring one with us! Would highly recommend and we would stay again! Thank you Lisa and Sam for a great stay!
