Great place to stay! Beautiful view of the ocean and in a great location! Close to Newport and other must see features of the coast!

My kids and I came out here to spend some time by the coast. Beautiful area and view of the ocean right from the living room. We appreciated the fireplace after a long day hiking in the cold rain. Very cozy and peaceful.

What a great place ! The location, the house, arcade! the hot tub!. Ashley was a great host and everything in the house was stellar. It's walking distance from the beach and shops but feels quiet and secluded. Great for bird watching.I Highly recommend this lovely house

A favorite Airbnb in Florence. Perfect for when we head to the coast or a festival at the Florence Event Center. Two bedrooms are more than we need, but it's still very affordable, comfortable and in a perfect location.

The host was accommodating to our stay ! The place was perfect in every aspect along with amazing views from the home as well as the hot tub . Sitting in the hot tub watching the waves was the highlight of our trip we will definitely be staying here again. This home is highly recommended by me. My friend also asked for Tina’s information so he could bring his family. Thank you !

We went there on a girls' trip with my mother, daughter, granddaughter and 2 of her friends. The girls had a blast playing games in the game room and hanging out in the hot tub. My mother is 88, the elevator was perfect for her. The view is magnificent both day and night. There are lots of things to do. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. We will definitely visit again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family time at Gary's place. Everything was clean and nice, and the views stunning. Beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms updated and with roomy counter space, and just the overall layout of the place made for an easy and super nice place to hang out. We hope to be back.

My husband and I spent a week with our two dogs here, and had an absolutely great time. This was their first time visiting the beach, and having an access point so close to the Airbnb was really nice. The space itself was very clean and had a nice cozy feel, we would stay again!

Nice condo within close walking distance to the beach. The place was clean, no extra clutter, and lots of toys and things that helped with a toddler (gate for the stairs, booster seat, toys). The big dump truck toy was a high point for playing on the back porch as well.
