This is a very clean flat in a private and peaceful area of Grays. The building itself is only two Years old so this would give you and idea of how neat and well kept the environment is. It is only 15mins walk to Grays train station and very close to Lakeside too (walkable if you want to do some exercises) There's one Free Parking but there many free parking spaces on the road within the estate. All night party and loud music is not allowed though.

I enjoyed a lot this gorgeous house by the river and the lovely neighbourhood. The room is spacious, with a comfortable bed, balcony and nice decorations. Convenient for walking, even if you don’t have a car. My friend and I explored the surroundings and also did a clay shooting and zip wire experience within a short distance from the house. Blue Shopping Centre and the parks around have plenty of activities. Great place and awesome hosts. Thank you Marina for being so friendly and helpful and for making our stay so special!

Mary's place is in great location with few minutes walk to DLR station. Surroundings looks quiet and peaceful with nice eateries and supermarket within 10 min walk. The heater was not working periodically and it took us few attempts with Mary to resolve the issue. But Mary was very nice and sent someone to check too.

Booked this apartment as it was convenient to get to for a film shoot we had at London Excel. Pictures and description matched perfectly, Faisal was super responsive to all of my questions, and we’ll definitely stay here again when the need arises. Great accommodation in a perfect location!

Nina’s apartment is a lovely spot, right next to the Excel Centre and City Airport. Planes can be easily heard when outside or when the tv is off. The neighbourhood seems nice and friendly, we ate in the chicken shop which I would recommend to anyone staying. All the amenities you would need in a hotel room style accommodation. Will be staying here again if we go back to the area!

Excellent location for O2 events and site seeing in London. The location was not busy, quiet day and night, with a light city buzz of traffic and trains in the background. It felt very safe and secure. Flat was clean, tidy, and everything you'd expect it to be and more. Hosts were lovely and very accomadating. If you are driving in there is a bonus of free secure parking nearby, so do check with the host for availability before booking your own. Plenty of transport options also, DLR (Royal Victoria), Underground (Canning Town), IFS Cable Car over Thames, and Uber Clipper boats. If you do need to be other side of river e.g. O2, getting an Uber Clipper Boat, North Greenwich underground, would recommend the Cable Car there is 10 one-way journeys for £17 per person. If you're looking for a few nights in London, I would definitely recommend this.

The place was really nice and the urbistay team were so nice and helpful! We had some problems that lead us to arriving after the check-in time but they were so understanding and helped us check-in in another way! The apartment was also very clean and pretty!
