Beautiful setting, comfortable bed, absurdly clean. The local pub is as delicious as advertised. Can walk to Yorkshire sculpture park which is an amazing destination

Simon is a great host. Usually responds within 5-10 minutes with messaging. He is very knowledgeable and Friendly. The surrounding areas are farmland and hills with sheep, horses, and cattle. It is all very beautiful, including a very close-by footpath that overlooks a good bit of it. The area is very quiet also. Walking into town has some really nice views along the way and is approximately 20 minutes. The nearby town is holmfirth which has cafes all over, restaurants, bakeries, and large and small food shops. The drive in is very short and finding parking is only a challenge at busier times of day. Loved it. The flat has everything you’d need in it. It has a big comfortable bed. The views from the flat are exceptional and it is so restfully quiet inside. There was rarely much noise at all from outside unless a bird was perched really close by. There is no microwave in the kitchen but Simon let me borrow his because as i need one to live. Highly recommend.

just come back from a 4 day stay at this beautiful cottage ,it was very clean and spacious had everything u would need , it was my husband's birthday whilst we was there and on arrival was a Cake,candle and a bottle of wine which was a nice surprise, we enjoyed sitting In front of the log fire on cold nights , was private if you wanted to be ,Geoff came round a few times to see if we was ok wich we didn't mind as he's a lovely man told us some stories,showed us the garden which is lovely and the sheep,he organised us a taxie to go out one night (must give a mention to daz the driver gave us a tour round ,) their is 2 nice local pubs with good food, we also went to the cricket club just round corner for a quiz night everyone one was so welcoming. their is also a good bus service with stop close by as we don't drive was easy to use it. John was very good communicating with us a good host had fab sleep bed was warm and cosy all in all 5 stars from us hopefully return highly recommend

We had a fabulous stay at Henry and Rebecca’s home. The flag is so spacious and very comfortable for a family. Really comfy beds as well! The area is peaceful and has plenty of cafes restaurants and supermarkets close by. Thanks for a lovely weekend!
