Nice place with a great host, we(friends) really enjoyed the stay. Quiet and peaceful house with all the backup and securities. Host is really responsive and accommodative. Overall a great choice for family or friends.

My first homsetay on AirBnB. Beautiful place, great surroundings, caretaker available at beck and call. clean, hygienic room. Got contacted by owner and caretaker beforehand, felt welcome. Big spacious rooms with cubboards, beautiful interiors with big kitchen. Premises filled with a Tulsi plant, beautiful flowers around. Great mount of light in the house. Small puja room in the house as well. overall a happy feel good, felt right at home experience there. Owner asked not to eat non veg inside the house, least we could do for him is abide by the simple rules. Great host, great place, great caretaker.

We loved our stay at this little gem. Highly recommended for a quiet holiday. 1. Location wise, the home is away from any amenities and off the main road too. It is about a 20 minute walk to the main road through a beaten little pathway, and a 10 minute drive to the local shops. The home neighbours palm tree plantations all around. The home runs parallel to a river, which is perfect for swimming, reclining on the nice comfortable arm chairs and just hanging about. 2. The kitchen has the basic pots/ pans/ ladels/ tableware. 3. We went there mid April, the heat was manageable. But being from Goa, we are more tolerant to high humidity and heat. The bedrooms have a ceiling fan and a pedestal, we opened the windows through the night to cross ventilate the home. They have mosquito nets on all the windows, so that was great. 3. The housekeeper came did a great job tidying up. 4. All communication was prompt was exacting. We had a wonderful relaxed stay here and it was perfect for us.
