We had an absolutely unforgettable experience in this house nestled on the edge of an almost deserted beach, in a still preserved part of Koh Samui. As soon as we arrived, we were amazed by the beauty of the place: the view of the bay is simply unique, breathtaking at any time of the day. The house is a real gem. Each room seems to have been designed with rare attention, blending harmony, comfort and aesthetics and creating an atmosphere that is both warm and soothing. Light plays a sublime role. You immediately feel at home, but in a dream home. The pool, facing the sea, is pure happiness, we enjoy it at all times, with the precious feeling of having found a little piece of heaven. Kévin was extremely attentive, taking care of every detail to ensure our stay was perfect from start to finish. Her kindness and availability made a significant contribution to making this stay a 5* experience.

A wonderful experience. Here you can feel Thailand outside the tourist circle and connect with the lives of the locals. Thanks to the perfect hosts who welcomed us as family members, we got to know a different Thailand. The room, the food, the trees and flowers, the view and the quiet made us miss it for a second after we left. Do yourself a favor and book a visit, hoping it will be available.

We highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back! :) We had a truly wonderful time at this villa! It’s without a doubt a special place, especially with that incredible view. Dave and his wife, Nueng, are incredibly welcoming and make you feel right at home. Dave provides all the helpful information you need before and during your stay and is very responsive. You can tell they both genuinely enjoy being hosts. The airport pick-up is a fantastic convenience, with an easy check-in and a quick tour to get you settled. The villa was spotless and stocked with all the essentials we needed. The location and views are fantastic! The tranquility, birds singing, and the infinity pool with a coconut cocktail—all to yourself! There are many restaurants and grocery stores within a 5-minute drive, but we opted for takeout(from Baanlamom Thaifood restaurant) and enjoyed the villa’s view.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and this villa is the perfect place if you want some peace + quiet! The pool is a great size and has jacuzzi jets at one side which is a nice addition. The garden area is huge and has a number of different comfy seating areas which we enjoyed use of in the evenings. The villa itself is a great size! All bedrooms are spacious with good sized bathrooms and are decorated in a modern style. The beds are comfortable, there’s ample storage space and 2 of the rooms look right onto the pool area, lovely in the mornings. Within walking distance, there’s a number of 7/11s, massage shops, a beach club, a fruit/ fish market and a newly opened local Thai restaurant. Within 10-15 mins drive is Lamai which has a beautiful beach, markets/souvenir shops, bars and restaurants. We enjoyed this area and would recommend it to anyone staying here! Overall, it’s a beautiful villa in a lovely, quiet area and is well worth visiting, we’d love to return in future.

A great place to stay for anyone visiting Samui and specifically Lamai, beautiful views of the mountains and forest, tranquil and yet still close to the beach, bars and restaurants. 10/10

We had an awesome stay at this villa! It is perched on a steep hill, however, if you book transport through the villa it’s no issue at all. Some grabs/taxis struggled to get up, but, if you are like us the climb might be welcomed given we weren’t exercising during our holiday haha! The whole team was easy to communicate with, and super helpful. The view is incredible with a great pool. AC works great. Location is really good, close to Chaweng but far enough that you feel nestled away from the crowds. Good access to other nearby locations like Lamai. We will definitely be back!

The stay exceeded all expectations – even better than the pictures! The entire place was spotless: inside, outside, and the pool area. The bed was very comfortable, and we felt safe and right at home from the start. The location is quiet and peaceful, set back from the street, which made it perfect for relaxing. Having a private garage for our scooter was a big plus. Communication with the hosts was excellent – we had a group chat via a well-known messaging app, which made everything super easy and well-organized. Every request was responded to quickly and kindly. Electricity and water are charged separately, but the rates were totally fair and transparent. The place was cleaned once a week, with fresh bed linens and towels provided, which we really appreciated. We truly have nothing to complain about. It was a perfect stay, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone – and would love to come back ourselves!

Stunning Villa very quiet surrounded by nature. Short taxi ride to lots of nearby places. Perfect if you want to be away from the nightlife but can easily get to by taxi. The pool was great the beds were super comfy Everything we needed would highly recommended

This is a real gem. You get access to a 5-star hotel with wonderful beach, pools, kids club, activities,restaurants, and air bar with magnificent views (one of 1000 places to visit before you die according to The Times), for a fraction of the price. the villa is huge, and I must say a lot nicer than the photos. the views and sunset are magnificent. Communication with Christian was great. and Nan took great care of us at the spot. We combined the stay with a week at Koh Tao for snorkeling and a week at Chaweng for more central stay, which was perfect for us. 6 adults and 6 kids had the whole villa and the apartment and it was great room.
