Our stay at the Coach House Cottage was perfect in every way - comfy, warm, spacious - a wonderfully comfortable bed, an excellent shower, and an excellently equipped kitchen. It was so good having a safe and secure garden for our little sausage dogs and they were also extremely contented during their stay as there was absolutely nothing to trigger any anxious barking - a rare thing for the little tyrants! We visited Tudeley Church on our last day, spent the day at Rye Harbour on our second day and had wonderful sunshine all day. Our first day was spent at the Ashdown Forest which was perfect for the doggies too!

This is an excellent little place. Christy was an excellent host, answered all the questions we asked promptly and we lots of information. The Annexe was very clean, and had a good equipped kitchen with everything you would need for any length of stay. Certainly look to come back next time we are in the area and looking for somewhere to stay. Thank you Christy

Such a lovely cottage in beautiful surroundings. The hosts were very helpful from the outset, we were able to check in earlier than expected which meant we could drop our luggage off and head out for the day. The cottage was home from.home with all necessities at hand. The garden is lovely and great for our dog to enjoy playing and to have a good run. Our dog caused a bit of damage in the cottage, which was totally out of character and I was mortified. Obviously we made our host aware and was more than willing to put things right. They were so understanding and appreciated us letting them know but had no problem with it and said they will sort it. They are such lovely hosts, even gave us a bottle of prosecco box of biscuits to welcome us. Situated in the middle of the countryside there are plenty of walks. We would love to return here again & totally recommend the cottage for a quiet getaway in the countryside. Be sure to visit Scotney Castle, only 15 minute drive & beautiful.

We are a group of friends who play in a band and we used the accommodation as a base whilst we played a gig in Horsmonden What a joy to return to it at midnight, light up the log burner and put the world to rights till 4 am until we all went to our very lovely beds exhausted! So a brilliant night sitting by the fire enjoying the whole Yurt thing in stylish comfort Sleep was easy and surprisingly distanced by the clever pie chart design! Simply cooked breakfast enjoying the views in the morning We all loved the toilet with its LED coloured lighting outside! And the shower cabin was superbly done with beautiful fittings It’s a really original space and beautifully done throughout with nothing missed. It’s all been thought of. Authentic Mongolian Yurt with modern twists For our numbers it worked out at £50 a head which is steal for this level of quality Everything was absolutely perfect, and we loved it If we’re playing in the area again, we will definitely be back!

Wow! A dream cottage & just the perfect place to stay for a few days R&R! The cottage is absolutely stunning & gorgeous throughout! It really is a home away from home & has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The cottage is idyllic, both cosy & inviting & the wood burning stove is amazing. We felt right at home & could happily have stayed for a few more days! Our stay at Cowbeach Cottage has been perfect & we look forward to returning. we had such a relaxing stay. a few days to completely switch off and reset. Nice walks with the dog in the day- plenty of trails nearby. Cosy evenings in front of the fire with a glass of wine and the record player on. Exactly what we had hoped for. The barn has everything we could ever need and more! it was spotlessly clean and we felt instantly welcomed. even with the storm blaring outside we felt comfy and cosy. thank you so so much!!
