We enjoyed our family weekend in Barrie. We needed a place large enough for 8 guests and the house was perfect! 4 bedrooms and several areas for the family to hang out play games and watch the Leafs game on tv after a day of skiing and snow tubing. Mike was great to communicate with and answered all my questions quickly. He even went over to the house the morning of our arrival to turn up the heat on the hot tub for us. Thanks!

This is such a beautiful home right across the street from Lake Simcoe. It's immaculately clean, well furnished, and looks exactly like the pictures. We were welcomed with 2 bottles of wine and a note from Michelle and her team which was such a great surprise. There were plenty of towels & pillows, comfy beds with luxe sheets, and kitchen was well stocked with utensils to cook and eat with. We loved using the hot tub! Would definitely want to come back in the summer time with access to the lake so close to the house.

The Luxe Villa was the perfect home away from home for our ladies getaway. The space was spotless and we loved the decor and amenities. Would love the chance to stay here again!

With a party of twelve and an animal, it can be really difficult to find appropriate accommodations. Our experience with Chris was the complete opposite! Right from the start, Chris was helpful and quick to respond. During our stay, him and Steven made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. With ample space inside and a large property, our whole family could relax and enjoy each others’ company together. Thank you so much for making this such a wonderful and easy process!

We spent four wonderful nights at Rebecca's guest house and were absolutely delighted with our stay. The space was thoughtfully equipped with every amenity we could possibly need.. Rebecca truly thought of everything! She even provided a range of essentials in case we’d forgotten anything, which was a nice touch. The unit is located off to the side of the main house, offering a high level of privacy. There’s also a privacy barrier around the hot tub area, making it feel like a secluded retreat. We had an amazing time exploring Orillia, indulging in delicious food, strolling around the beautiful property, and, of course, spending hours in the hot tub, unwinding and relaxing. The location is perfect—nestled in the countryside yet only 10 minutes away from the Vetta Spa, a local brewery, and various restaurants. And let’s not forget Jax, the adorable dog who would often stop by to say hello and see what we were up to. What a sweet, friendly pup! We will definitely be returning!

Larissa was very helpful and responsive. Communication was great. The place is beautiful and is set up well with anything you might need. The views are amazing and it's very peaceful. I'd definitely go back. Absolutely beautiful place.

Irene's house was beautiful, comfortable and spotless. We had a great stay and especially enjoyed the hot tub after a day of cross-country skiing.

Brendan's place is a great spot for a large group with lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and seating areas. The furnished basement with games and sauna is very fun, and the main living area is comfortable with lots of seating. The kitchen is well equipped. There was a lot of snow when we were there so we didn't spend time outside but the back area looks quite private. Communication was clear and quick and Brendan was very helpful. It was ideal for a ski trip with a few families, and to enjoy the restaurants and shops in the village.

Very nice and spacious home with plenty of room for a large group to spread out. Loved the open concept kitchen and dining area and felt plenty close to Blue Mountain village and skiing.

Beautiful home very close to the ski slopes. Modern design and well appointed very comfortable for a day. We will definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive and everything was as we expected.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb with some friends, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it! It truly felt like home. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the bathrooms were equally well-maintained. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. We struggled to find a place for our group of 17 and Stonehaven was an amazing find! The beds were comfortable, we loved being able to have meals all together in one spot, and there was lots of space for people to do different activities inside since it was winter. Outside, we enjoyed tobogganing, snowshoeing and cross country skiing on the property. Steve was quick to communicate and provided clear instructions and maps. We were already talking about going back so we can enjoy the property in the summer! Thank you for a memorable and fun weekend!

Nikole’s place was great! The house was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed. There are also great walking trails steps from the house. Overall, I would highly recommend this house for a family getaway.

Rocco was an incredible host, accommodating to every extent possible. The place was spotless, equipped with everything you could ever need, and just steps away from the beach. To top it off, there's an amazing ice cream shop just two steps away—what more could you ask for? Rocco truly made us feel right at home and ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. I can't recommend this place enough! I just hope this review doesn’t come back to bite me, as it might mean less availability in the future for us! Def looking forward to our next visit!

We stayed here during Snowmaggedon' 25 and the cozy place made it more enjoyable. We even got stuck twice due to lot of snow, but the neighbors in the area were very helpful and it just became another fun snow activity. Location is close to the good snow resorts in area and offers a lot of activities to do. The place was clean and pet friendly. All of us and the our pup had a great weekend. Highly recommended for ski/snow sport getaways.

We had an amazing stay at the cottage. Everything was spotless and welcoming. Kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed our meals on the large deck. Located in a quiet and peaceful area. Short walk to a beautiful, clear, sandy beach. We enjoyed many spectacular sunsets. Great beach for kids. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.
