This place is great. Everything was as described, the instructions were sent in sufficient time to read, and the guest was communicative and responsive. The location is ideal for visitors to the University, with shops and nearby amenities. I almost forgot that this suite is on the basement level: it was so clean, with no cobwebs, the carpet was cozy, and the temperature was cool, with enough light coming in. The bed was the highlight of the trip; it was comfortable, allowing for a restful sleep.

This little apartment is adorable. Claw foot bathtub and older feel is very nice. Super comfy bed, nice couch and tv, and very easy access! Takes about 20 mins to walk to any restaurants but is a nice neighbourhood. I would stay here again.

Mary and Mike's place was perfect for our visit to Guelph. The location is close to downtown (15 min walk) and a local park (less than 5 minutes). The neighbourhood is quiet and beautiful. The space itself was clean and had everything we needed. For the three of us (2 adults and 1 teenager) we felt it was very spacious. Everything was carefully labeled, which we appreciated; we have stayed at several places in the past where we had trouble finding things. Finally, Mary and Mike were very friendly and accommodating. Fantastic hosts. Highly recommended!

We had a good stay at Morgan’s place. The place was very cozy and was supplied with everything we could have needed. We felt right at home!

It was our second time staying here when we visit Kitchener. The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to bars and restaurants and event locations. It's very comfortable with all the amenities we need. Gerry was very responsive and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.

Maha is responsive and easy to communicate with. our stay felt like a home away from home. everything was clean and smelled fresh right from the moment you walked into the suite. linens were comfy and had extras if needed. I will happily stay here again when traveling to guelph! thanks so much for your hospitality!

Janet’s place was perfect and exactly like the photos. Very cozy and homey feel. It is a basement suite and it was nice that she had a space heater and fireplace to keep us warm. She even had a basket of snacks for us when we arrived which the kids loved. This was very helpful as we arrived on our flight at almost 1am and needed a little snack. We highly recommend Janet’s place to anyone wanting a nice private place near the airport and a peaceful place to rest. Thank you Janet!

My second stay with Punit, and all went as well as could be. The house was clean, and the new dishwasher is great! I'll hopefully be staying again on my next visit to Canada as the location is perfect for my plans.

Stayed 5 days with family. First time in Kitchener. Nik’s place was comfortable and offered easy access to the places we visited.

Absolutely perfect spot for my mom and I to stay while we attended a dance competition in the area. Immaculate house and yard, with more than everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay. The neighbours were even lovely and helpful. We got to see the bloom of the beautiful magnolia tree on the property, both our vehicles fit in the driveway along with the kids basketball net and hockey net. The kids played outside in the side yard a lot, they took advantage of the trails directly behind the house with their bikes and even went fishing one morning in the river. Inside was cozy and cottagey, the place was clean, and we were able to cook and live for the week as we needed. I wish that the knives could be sharpened! haha and that there was oil as was described online. One other detail, and this may just be me, but next time I would bring an extra blanket for the king bed for sleeping. I would 100% come back and stay here again and have even recommended it to my parents for when they come to visit instead of a hotel.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation, squeaky clean, beds very comfortable. 5 minute walk to Cambridge Mill . Some lovely little shops in the old part of Cambridge. only thing I would have wished for was maybe a little welcome basket as we arrived late from Scotland to Toronto then taxi to Air b and b . You won't be disappointed if you book this beautiful home.

The Austrian Log House is a little slice of heaven. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, and really hope we will get to go back again someday. The location is peaceful and quiet with beautiful views. The log house was very clean, had everything we needed, super comfortable beds. This place is absolutely stunning!! And our host was super friendly, helpful, and made us feel so welcome. It was a truly magical weekend away at the beautiful Austrian Log House.

Spacious house with plenty of towels and bedding, fully equipped kitchen to accommodate larger families or groups. The host responded quickly to any inquiries we had.

Tasha was amazing and extremely responsive. Anytime there were any small issues she was on top of it right away. She always gave us suggestions to ensure that we were having a good time and using all the tools she had. The location did not disappoint. Absolutely stunning waterfront. I highly recommend this property as a great vacation spot. Another note Tasha had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and on the property. Five stars!!

We chose Cullan’s property as it was close to a wedding venue nearby. We stayed 2 nights to be able to relax and enjoy the property amenities before the event. We did just that. While it was late in the season, (October) we were lucky to enjoy very temperate weather. It’s located out in the countryside, pastoral and lovely to walk the country roads. The host family was very friendly and accommodating.

One of the best things about this place is the host—Jas is always available and incredibly helpful. Everything looked exactly as shown in the Airbnb photos. We stayed for two months, and aside from a couple of occasional service and maintenance needs, everything was smooth and comfortable. Thank you, Jas!

I’ve stayed at quite a few Airbnb’s and this has been by far my favourite! I can’t fault the place or the communication with both Sonia and Luis. The pictures really don’t do the suite any justice and it contained everything needed for a comfortable stay - all toiletries in the bathroom, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, board games etc. It’s clear that a lot of thought and consideration had gone into the place. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood and although it is a basement suite, the entrance is separate and through a beautiful backyard. The communication with Sonia and Luis has been great before and during our stay, and they’ve gone out of their way to accommodate any of our needs. Will definitely not hesitate to re-book if I ever find myself back in the country!

We had a wonderful stay with family for my son’s graduation. Communication with Niki was prompt and helpful. The pool house was a wonderful surprise and we spent most of our time there although there were two other living areas. The home is warm, clean, and meticulously designed, with small touches throughout (soft sheets, candle light, dimmers, heated floor in master bath etc). Incredible fireplaces, plenty of glasses and dishes, and a Sonos sound system for the music lovers like us. All perfect for a celebratory weekend!
