Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. House is at the back of 20 acres! Has stocked pond for fishing or drink coffee on the front porch and watch whitetail deer in the yard! Fenced in backyard for pets and plenty of room for them to roam and pond for them to swim in. Has a big garage. 3.5 miles from the fair grounds, 4 miles from downtown Texarkana, 2.8 miles from cooper tire. Close enough to everything but relaxing and quieter then you can get in a neighborhood!

Savannah was a wonderful hostess! Super friendly and responsive. One of the remotes to the tv wasn’t working and she went out of her way to bring us another one. Would definitely recommend staying in one of the town homes she manages if you’re ever in the Texarkana, Arkansas area.

I had a bad experience at a nearby hotel, and I needed a place to stay last minute. With the self check in option, it was easy to book. The AirBnB was ready almost instantly. My family of 5 was very comfortable. There was also amenities like a coffee maker, full kitchen, dishes, a plethora of clean towels, TVs in almost every room, and even a fire extinguisher. I’m thankful for the hospitality. I travel to Texarkana twice a year, and I’d definitely stay here again. Thanks Simon!

Great place, on the small side for a family of 6 but since we were out most of the day size was not an issue and we all had enough room to sleep. Appreciated all the things available. If you plan to cook be prepared to bring/buy essentials such as spices etc.. and baking utensils if oven will be needed.

The big king's carriage house

Mauricio was excellent. We arrived a little early so he immediately adjusted the settings so we could get in. He checked in with us a few times (via text) during our stay to make sure everything was ok. The place was free of any clutter and plenty of room for us to spread out. We brought our dog and she loved the big backyard. Even thou it is pet friendly there is no trace of dander or any fragrance of animals. The only carpet is an area rug in the main room, so it is extremely clean. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

We absolutely loved this place! The space was BEAUTIFULLY decorated and everything was clean! It was a great space for our crowd. They were very accommodating for our extra guests. The pool was great!! They communicated well and were very responsive and quick! The location is in a neighborhood but the houses are spaced so you felt like you had space!
