Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Tetney

Enjoyed a wonderful Lincoln City break here - The house is wonderful, an absolute joy of a place on three floors. Situated right in the middle of Lincoln's historic quarter a stone throw away from that incredible Cathedral. Joy's communications were first class. My only suggestion to guests is to stock up with provisions before you arrive. Once we found a parking space we were happy to leave it there for the weekend and explore by foot. There is not much in the way of general stores in the immediate area at the top of the hill and the walk down to the City Centre is down "Step Hill" one of the UK's steepest roads - Not so bad going down but not much fun with heavy shopping on the way back up. I would not hesitate in recommending Joy and her wonderful house. We will be back.

Brilliant host, impeccable caravan and hot tub. Rebooked already

Lovely homely cottage a short drive from Lincoln. Peter the host was very responsive and communicated well with us throughout. We were allowed access 2 hours earlier than the allotted time which was great. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay including a welcome pack of breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, sausages, milk, bread butter and Peter’s own home made honey. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, particularly the wood burning stove and the outdoor area where we could watch the rabbits and pheasants every day. I would recommend this delightful cottage to anyone coming to beautiful Lincoln. There is so much to see and do!!

Thank you for another excellent stay. This time we got to benefit from the coastal walks and open space straight out the back gate. Julie was a great help when my lad accidentally set off the house alarm. Within 15 minutes the alarm stopped and our day was saved as we had tickets booked! Brilliant hosting and was attentive that all our expectations were met through the break. Highly recommended and will come again if Julie will have us 🙂

Absolutely lovely relaxing stay. Extremely clean with great facilities. The bed was very very comfortable. It was a great location to stay within an easy drive of Lincoln. The hosts were very welcoming and informative and respectful of privacy. The little courtyard with the hot tub was wonderful. Very private and easy to relax at the end of the day.

Lovely cottage in one of the best locations in Louth. Was visiting family but felt more like a mini break. The walk into town was ideal plus lots of nice walks in close proximity. Cottage is bigger than it looks with two very nice size bedrooms and a nice sun trap at the top of the garden.

Truly a home away from home. We’d absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay. Exceptional hosts. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into every detail - from the comfy beds and well-equipped kitchen to the little extras that make all the difference. Five stars all the way!

We needed a bolthole for an overnight stay in Hull and this was just the ticket! Fantastic location in the Old Town, easy access to city centre. Beautifully decorated with magnificently high ceilings. Gary the owner,et us promptly and orientated us. Perfect for our needs. Had dinner at an amazing local gem - ‘Hearth’ which needs awarding with stars from all the top foodie guides!

Lovely, homely apartment in a secluded area a short walk from the beach and bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here.

Jimmy was extremely helpful from start to finish from when I first booked it to the day of me leaving. Photos really don’t do justice to how beautiful the apartment is! Close to everything that’s needed for a break away at the seaside with friends or family. Will definitely be rebooking!

A well-located spacious apartment in a quiet area with all mod cons for a short or long term stay. Close to Scunthorpe centre and a 10 minute walk from a retail park with supermarkets and shops.

I highly recommend staying at Anna’s place. Everything was clean and tidy and all the amenities we needed were provided. Anna was very helpful in providing instructions with check in and information about where we could park. The breakfast products were also a lovely personal touch.

Good location and good condition. Close to the hospital and centre.
