Villa vacation rentals in Terracina

La Bougainville was absolutely beautiful. The pictures on the Airbnb website were 100% accurate. The house was spacious well kept and beautifully decorated. The main floor had a kitchen, 2 dining areas, a sitting area overlooking the sea & town, a gorgeous patio with the same view. The second floor had 3 BRs & 2 baths; 1 queen, 1 twin & a 3rd with 2 twins together with more on 3rd floor. There is an apartment some stairs down from the patio with 1 BR which my daughter loved . The host & her son were extremely helpful in answering any & all questions. The very few concerns that we did were quickly addressed. A few things to be aware of:the house is on top of a hill & almost impossible to walk to by foot. We had to call car service every time we wanted to go anywhere. This was a minor inconvenience to us given the beauty of the house. The house is 100 years old so the amenities are not state of the art, but well maintained & in perfect working order. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND La Bougainville.

Ho scelto Villa Limonaia per accogliere alcuni amici in visita da Parigi, e posso dire con certezza che è stata la scelta perfetta: la villa rispecchia le foto, immersa nella natura, silenziosa, con il canto degli uccelli e un piccolo orto che aggiunge un tocco autentico. Gli interni in pietra sono curati e accoglienti. Ogni mattina ci svegliavamo circondati solo dai suoni della natura, senza rumori o disturbi. L’host è stato gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e reattivo. Tutti i miei amici sono rimasti entusiasti dell’esperienza, e siamo ripartiti con il cuore pieno di gratitudine per i giorni trascorsi in questo luogo magico. Un luogo che rigenera, perfetto per chi cerca pace, bellezza e autenticità. Logement conforme et même plus aux photos. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer d'agréable vacances en famille. Le secteur est calme et résidentiel, il est cependant nécessaire de prendre la voiture pour accéder aux belles plages et activités. Les échanges avec Filomena ont été parfaits ainsi que l'accueil et la disponibilité sur place de Cinzia. Très agréablement surpris de trouver à notre arrivée de l'eau fraiche, tomates, basilic, fruits dans le frigo ainsi que de quoi se cuisiner des pâtes en sauce tomate !!!! Encore merci à Cinzia. Tutto molto bello. Casa molto spaziosa, bellissima terrazza, bagni ben attrezzati, bel giardino con altalena per i bimbi, sedie sdraio e lettini a disposizione. Vero accesso diretto alla spiaggia. La casa e’ completa di tutto, servono solo i teli per il mare. Ampio spazio per le auto all’interno della proprieta’. Tutto completamente corrispondente alla descrizione. Host disponibile, puntuale e sollecito. E’ stata sicuramente una bella esperienza!!

The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. This was important because, even though "villa" might make you think that you rented an entire house for yourself, it actually is an apartment on the upper floor of the house. The owners live on the ground floor and the relatives in the apartment next door. You do get enough privacy, and have an ample terrace area for yourself. But it's important to know this setup to manage expectations. The views are really spectacular. If the weather is nice, staying on the terrace or balcony is all you need for a fantastic experience. If you want to spend time inside, the quality of life is not as luxurious however. The amaneties are quite basic, but everything is clean and tidy. The rooms are good, but there is no real living room or comfortable place to hang out. There are a lot of steps, which we didn't mind. I gave 5 stars because it was worth it and very pretty

La casa di Sabina ci è piaciuta tantissimo. Semplice ed essenziale ma ben fornita e accogliente. Non ci è mancato nulla e ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Dall’abitazione partono due sentieri che in pochi passi portano a bellissimi terrazzamenti sul mare e in un paio di minuti ad un piccolo angolo di paradiso. L’accesso al mare è facile anche per i più piccoli e l’acqua è cristallina e piena di vita. Maschera e boccaglio fissi! Tramonto indimenticabile. Grazie Sabina e grazie Cinzia e un saluto a tutte le persone squisite che abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere. A presto!

Lieber Livio, nun sind wir wieder zu Hause und vermissen den Meerblick. Das absolute Highlight dieser Unterkunft ist die Lage, der Meerblick und der wundervolle Außenbereich den wir sehr genossen haben. Nach 5 Tagen Rom der perfekte Ort zum runterkommen. Für uns auch die perfekte Zeit, es war sehr ruhig, die Strände und Häuser noch leer, erst die letzten beiden Tage bemerkte man Aktivitäten zum Saisonstart. Die Unterkunft hatte alles was wir brauchten, genug Platz und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Es ist sehr urig, authentisch und eingerichtet wie ein eigenes Zuhause. Die kleine Siedlung ist mit einem Tor gesichert, gleich um die Ecke ist der Stellplatz. Wir haben mit dem Auto die Gegend erkundet, sowohl am Meer entlang als auch in die Berge. Die Orte ringsum sind wirklich schön, es war alles sehr untouristisch. Der nächste gute Supermarkt ist nur 400 Meter entfernt. Das einzige ist die wirklich sehr kleine Dusche. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Danke Verena und Dirk

A great stay in a beautiful location perfect for big groups. Tranquil and well kitted out. Cinzia is an excellent host and we couldn’t have asked for more.

The view is stunning, the house beautiful and really well made in the 60’s, with classic tiles and beautiful taste. The rooms and bathrooms are simple but functioning and clean. It is a fabulous house and the peace and privacy are unbeatable - absolutely recommended.

Abbiamo soggiornato ottimamente. La casa è dotata di ogni confort per trascorrere una vacanza piacevole . Ampi e comodi spazi, grazioso giardino. Collocata in zona tranquilla. La spiaggia è facilmente raggiungibile .

Rosalba and Claudia were punctual at the check-in as agreed and explained everything to us in detail in the house. Both of them are very friendly and communicated proactively with us. The house itself is very spacious with a beautiful garden. It exactly matches the pictures. Everything was very clean and tidy, we had no complaints. The rooms are large with comfortable beds. It is located outside of San Felice Circeo, and it takes about 1 hour to walk to the village. There are shopping facilities and restaurants nearby (about a 15-minute walk). The beach is also reachable on foot in about 15 minutes. The property is surrounded by a fence, making it private, and the area is very quiet.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 13, made up of 4 generations. Not only are the properties beautiful, thoughtfully decorated with authentic furniture and art, the grounds are gorgeous so you’re always looking at flowers, trees and greenery along with an epic view from the balcony. The big pool area was a real highlight. If you like being in a place with real character where you intend to make the most of being home this is ideal. The hosts and on-site caretaker (Luciano and family) could not have been more helpful going out of their way to ensure we had everything at all times, even taking us to the train station to get our early flights. This was the home away from home we needed and we think it will be hard to beat this set up for our future family holidays! Thank you so much x

La villa è splendida e corrisponde alle immagini e alla descrizione. Cucina attrezzatissima e possibilità di usare il barbecue presente nel giardino. Il mare è vicinissimo e accessibile direttamente dalla villa. Carmen è stata disponibile e ha risposto a tutte le domande in tempi rapidissimi. Consigliatissimo!!

Simonetta e Max sono stati host davvero gentili e cordiali, rendendosi sin da subito molto disponibili. L'alloggio corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione, piccolo ma curato in ogni dettaglio e molto probabilmente pulito. È un'oasi di relax immersa nel verde con tante attività a disposizione per intrattenere sia umani sia amici a quattro zampe! Ringrazio in particolare gli host per avermi donato una splendida giornata di compleanno. Ritornerò molto volentieri a soggiornare a Villa Bovari!

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans une villa a la vue exceptionnelle ! Nous avons particulièrement profité de l'extérieur de la vue imprenable sur la baie et la piscine... un régal !! Chaque soir un formidable coucher de soleil pour parfaire ces belles journées.

Had a wonderful 4 night stay at L'Olivaia. After 4 hectic days in the city it was wonderful to relax in peaceful surroundings. The villa is beautiful with a huge amount of space with fascinating artwork all around. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also large, clean and very comfortable. We had a great time in the large outside area, played and cooled off in the pool, and picked fresh lemons for our drinks. The hosts were very response and friendly. We would definitely return. Fantastic

Enrico war sehr zuvorkommend und nett und war stets erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns bei Ihm sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig (warscheinlich auch weil es außerhalb der Saison war). In der Wohnanlage ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das tut dem Wohlfühlfaktor aber keinen Abbruch. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Enricos Pizzaofen ist ein echtes Highlight. Das ist echtes italienisches Lebensgefühl. Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Eine Kleinigkeit hat uns schon etwas gestört. Außerhalb der Wohnanlage und insbesondere der Weg zum Strand und am Strand war es sehr dreckig.. überall lag Müll. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir außerhalb der italienischen Feriensaison dort waren. Die Innenstadt von Rom ist in einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar und wenn man früh da ist, gibt es am Tiber entlang auch viele günstige Parkmöglichkeiten. Danke Enrico für die schönen entspannten zwei Wochen.

la casa è bellissima e ideale per una fuga d'amore. un pò trasandato il fuori, in vero peccato. L'amaca era sporca, l'erba tagliata lasciata da una parte, le sdraio rotte e i divani senza cuscini. il frigorifero rotto poi è stato pessimo. col caldo che faceva e con a disposizione un frigo bar piccolo è stato un pò un disastro. nel complesso molto buono, giusto per un giorno e una notte. La jacuzzi che esce dal letto è stata una chicca, ma anche quella un pò troppo poco pulita.

Six of us (two grandparents, two parents, two children 8 and 9) loved the house, garden, dogs, chickens ( and their fresh eggs), and the warm hospitality of Susanna and Antonio who were extremely generous hosts. We came for a week in the Easter school holidays. It was easy to get into Rome by train and a short drive to the coast, to picturesque mountain villages and the wonderful garden of Ninfa. Planning is advisable for opening hours and tickets. There is a gazebo for outdoor dining with a barbecue, a swimming pool and much more. It was described by the 9-year old as ‘paradise’.

posizione strategica per raggiungere sia il mare che Roma in pochi minuti! la casa è pulita e accogliente, cucina e bagno accessoriati in ogni minimo dettaglio. Non abbiamo conosciuto di persona Daniela ma al telefono è stata molto disponibile, il check in ce lo ha fatto Tommaso che è stato efficiente e puntuale. Se volessi tornare da quelle parti lì sceglierei di nuovo!
