Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Terracina

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. We used the garden every day and appreciated our own entrance to the beach. Although we are 4 families, we fit comfortably and the place was very spacious.

The house is very welcoming, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the garden is really an idyll. My partner and I stayed one night and found the house very relaxing. The two cats in the garden were very sociable and polite.

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

We had a wonderful midweek in this beautiful holiday home in Formia. The house is beautiful and is located in a beautiful garden full of olive and citrus trees, where materials such as rocks have been used in a natural way – really an atmospheric place to stay. Contact with the host Diego was very smooth; he always responded quickly to our questions. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by his parents, which immediately made us feel welcome. Although the pool was not yet filled (as indicated in advance), it was a pity with the beautiful weather that we could not use it – that had made the stay completely perfect. The surrounding area offers many possibilities for excursions and activities. In short: a wonderful place for those who love nature, peace and Italian charm!

Edda's house is located in the mountains, away from any busy roads. Nearby is a historic hilltop village with narrow roads, best to drive there (or walk upo the hill) and then explore by foot. There is a bustling local community and I recommend the "Mozzarella Store" at the nearby cross-road, which apart from the local cheese also sells excellent bread, pizzas and ham. The house is large and has 3 big bedrooms and Edda and her husband have been excellent hosts throughout our stay.

Staying with Anna Maria and Matteo was corroborating, it allowed us to "unplug" and regain strength after a tiring period. The house welcomed us with warmth, the warm and familiar environment, thanks to the Christmas decorations, immediately put us at ease. The house was clean, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped. The downstairs projector downstairs is a real treat, which made our family evenings special. We thank Matteo for his availability and culinary suggestions.

Beautiful and very large villa, equipped with all comforts both in the interior spaces and in the pool area. We really appreciated Isa's availability to extend the check-out time as she had no reservations for the same day. Highly recommended!

It was a real pleasure staying at Veronica's house. We had a great time and being in the historic center of this beautiful village in the evening we took a nice walk arriving among the alleys made even more evocative by the night lights up to the beautiful Caetani Castle that we were lucky enough to visit the next morning, despite being in the company of our dog Milù. A real gem of this property is the huge hot tub set in the rock on the lower floor of the house. Truly an Unforgettable Stay

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place. He was extremely responsive and thoughtful. The house was very clean and well set up. We enjoyed opening the windows to a beautiful view and fresh air. The playground was great for our small children.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! There were three of us, and the place was perfect for our group. It was very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was ideal—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, but still very quiet at night. Our host was extremely welcoming and always quick to respond to any questions. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with friends or family. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Leila was very helpful and we enjoyed staying at her place. We had wet weather so the fireplace was wonderful for drying out and staying warm! The accommodation worked well for our family of two adults and one child; there was a bunk bed so it would also work for a larger family. Pesscaseroli was a convenient base for exploring the area. We stayed for about 10 days with 4 people in Cathy's apartment. The temperature outside was between 25 and 30 degrees. The flat and rooms stayed fresh which is important for a good night's sleep. The flat is fully equipped. If you want to cook something you can and there is plenty of space outside for breakfast or lunch. The swimming pool is XL and very well maintained as the rest of the house. Cathy is a fantastic host, always available, very friendly and taking great care of the guests. Great base for visiting Rome. Train station less than 10 minutes away and it takes you carefree into the heart of Rome. The sea is a 3/4h drive away and plenty of typical Italian villages nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Arrivederci!

Giorgia’s place is pretty, comfortable, well equipped and very clean. The terrace and the garden are lovely and the view to the sea too. The location is great, very close to Gaeta and not far from Sperlonga. There are plenty of nice beaches and hikes to explore. Giorgia was always very supportive and gave us nice suggestions of activities, restaurants and places to visit. The only downside its the main road which is nearby and we can hear the cars from the garden/terrace. We loved our stay and we highly recommend it.

This was the best airbnb experience I have had in a very long time. My partner and I stayed here for two nights and had an absolutely perfect time. Sandra is the most lovely host imaginable: she was attentive, thoughtful, generous, and kind. She gave us excellent local recommendations, left a welcome drink for us, and gave us fresh eggs for our breakfast. The space itself is truly wonderful: clean, comfortable, and well designed with everything you could need to feel relaxed and even spoiled. You can just feel the amount of care put into the space while you're there. The area is peaceful and convenient: there's a grocery store nearby and plenty of good restaurants and fantastic beaches are just a short drive away. We're hoping to be back to stay at this gem as soon as possible!

The house met our needs for family reunions very well. Everyone had their own space and privacy and we greatly enjoyed our meals on the terrace. The garden is beautiful. The house is located in a quiet location and close to the sea. Danilo is a welcoming host and was available to answer our questions and concerns.

My parents wanted to stay in a peaceful countryside and this was the perfect place! Surrounded by nature, this very rustic and charming house is what made us feel like we were in the heart of Italy. The best part was how accommodating our hostess Maria was. She offered to pick us up from the train station as we got a bit lost, she also offered to show us around town on our first day there. She really made the area of Roca di pappa have a lasting impression. Thank you Maria, for being such a warm and generous host!

Really enjoyed staying at the villa. Spacious and great views of coast and mountains. Accommodation accurately described and host very helpful. Would get 5* except some areas of the garden need attention and given the number of possible occupants I would expect a dishwasher. Overall a really lovely villa in a good location

Had a wonderful 4 night stay at L'Olivaia. After 4 hectic days in the city it was wonderful to relax in peaceful surroundings. The villa is beautiful with a huge amount of space with fascinating artwork all around. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also large, clean and very comfortable. We had a great time in the large outside area, played and cooled off in the pool, and picked fresh lemons for our drinks. The hosts were very response and friendly. We would definitely return. We had a wonderful vacation in this apartment with my family. The apartment has exceeded our expectations from every point of view. One of the highlights is definitely the ample outdoor space, ideal for relaxing and for children to play safely. The rooms are very spacious and complete with all the necessary materials, making the stay comfortable and worry-free. Air conditioning was a real relief on the hottest days. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the sea, allowing us to easily explore the area without having to move too far. But what really made a difference was Paola's welcome and support, which was exceptional from the first moment. We felt really welcome and assisted in our every need. We recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful and pleasant vacation. Thank you very much to Paola for making the stay so special!

Donatella’s house was a beautiful & serene place to spend several days while visiting Gaeta & its nearby beaches. It has comfortable sunny sitting areas, one with picture postcard views of the sea, the other in a lush garden. The house is comfortable & nicely laid out with bedrooms away from the kitchen/sitting area. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking though we mostly walked into town & brought food in to dine on the lovely terrace. We did not have a car, but it was a quick (10 min.) & easy walk to a beautiful beach (but for a small stretch of highway that is not for the faint of heart – or children). Also relatively easy walking into the town of Gaeta once you clear a small stretch of busy highway (which I would not walk after dark due to cars and visibility on the winding stretch of road). If you are unable to walk hills and some distance, we would recommend renting a car for the most flexibility. We enjoyed a thoroughly pleasant and relaxing experience and would return.

We arrived in the place we expected: Quiet and equipped with everything you need, the photos do not do justice to the beautiful nature that surrounds this house. Certainly not a place for those who expect to find a five-star hotel, but certainly suitable for those who love peace and nature Sandro was very kind and attentive to all our needs, immediately proving to be welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommended for those who love to experience nature, and by car in a short time, you can reach a fantastic sea!
