It is located at 9100 ft in a quaint mountain neighborhood. It is accessed by 2 miles of mountain dirt road. They are safe, can be rough, or have frozen precipitation year round, an AWD is needed. Beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom with amazing views of Pikes Peak, rock formations, and forest. This level has a private entrance and patio to enjoy the surroundings. This is the ground level attached to our main house, however there are no shared living spaces, just a shared driveway. We live in the upper level with 3 of our 6 children during the school year, Sep-May. This property is only available during that time. *We do not allow pets or events*
