We loved our holiday. We didn't do a great deal of exploring, just enjoyed the snow. There's enough of a hill immediatelyoutside the front door for a bit of sledging, and fantastic mountain views while in the hot tub.

This was a great place to go! Cozy place with great views, room for many and all you need of things to enjoy. Lots of exciting things to check out as it's an old house, and a giant CD collection with everything you could think of good and slightly older music. We were well received and had a really nice trip. Would recommend!

We just landed back in UK after a fantastic stay in beautiful post card picture log cabin,loads of space and very warm and homely. steep drive to cabin in icing weather but roads are cleared.foind it ok We drove to hovden and did skiing for 3 days around 1 Hr drive but broke on your doorstep but was only open on sat, Sunday, Thursday and we arrived Friday.

We had the most wonderful week with children, grandchildren and mother-in-law in this absolutely unique and for an architect's exciting house - an original Norwegian log cabin with super comfortable furniture, beds and well equipped with all kitchen equipment, firewood, games, TV and internet. The cabin was secluded a little by itself overlooking the beautiful Brokke mountain and over the cabin area, which we enjoyed from the porch around the fire pit, We could walk/stand skiing to the ski place, which also meets all our needs. We give the cabin, Bente and Tor-Olav our best recommendations and would like to come again - not least to also experience the place in the summer. Only downside was that we had to wear snow chains 500 meters before the cabin. We were not prepared for the driveway to be so steep. We later found that it is easier to drive a little further on the big road, and first drive into the cabin area from the driveway just across from Brokke-Alpincenter. In the cabin, there is gravel to spread out, but we only found out later. Thank you very much for the loan: -)

John's communication was exceptional, fast response with messages. Really helpful during the stay and recommended some walks in the woods. Lovely house and surrounding area, hot tub was great on cold evenings. All bedrooms were lovely, nice and warm with an open fire and log burner kept the house nice and warm. 100% would stay here again, it was perfect for 2 families.

5 star experience. we had a wonderful stay and new year eve' s celebration at Siva's cabin. comfortable, beautiful views and the hot tub was icing on the cake.

I fall in love for the view in the cabin!! The access can be difficult in Winter time, but i think this make the experience better and unique :)) The cabin itself its well prederved, clean and everything works fine, we had a really good time there. Heidi is one of the best Hosts I had in Airbnb, fast responses and gentle, much appreciate! No coments for Gaustablikk region, its a dream 😍

Super house in a central location in the southern Telemark and thus centrally located between the ferry port Kristiansand and Oslo. From there, day trips to Langfossen and Odda were also possible. The quiet location right by the lake (Norsjø) leads to very nice evenings on the terrace. A working fireplace completes the well-being. A gas station, as well as a Kiwi market, can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

Our second stay at this cozy and nice cabin. The cabin is well equipped, and furniture and beds comfortable. The cabin is located right by great ski slopes. Would love to come again :)

Very simple and tidy rental. Worked perfectly for a family of 5 going to family meet.

Cozy and great house that has everything you need. There were 10 of us and had more than enough space for everyone. Great kitchen with everything you could need for utensils, good beds and even 2 TVs.

We enjoyed our stay in Signe's apartment, it's very spacious, warm and comfortable, a great place to stay on our ice climbing trip.

Clean and very cozy. The outdoor flat was lovely with sofa group, dining table and hanging chair. There was a jacuzzi there and but we didn't use it. Large bedrooms and good beds. We were a family of three and a couple of friends and we had more than enough space. Decent distance to Kiwi and the city, and a light rail and many trails right by the house. We recommend the place.

This was the most unique place we ever stayed. Highly recommend, we really liked the oldschool interior. :)

We were on tembuilding and enjoyed two days, despite bad weather. The place is suitable for many, even if you have to be inside. Everything was tidy and ready when we arrived, and we have got quick answers to what we were wondering about ahead of time. Have already decided to come back

Very nice stay at Ann-Marit's place! The kids enjoyed themselves from morning to evening, with everything to do in the large garden. Incredibly great place😃 We would be happy to come back! Host was nice and responsive☺️

Fantastic surroundings for both hiking lovers and families with children. Here there are horses, chickens, cats and dogs. If you are a hiking person, the nature is right outside the cabin. great common areas if there are several families vacationing together. great swimming opportunities for all ages!
