The apartment truly feels like home—cozy, comfortable, and welcoming. Everything was great, and I enjoyed my stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The accommodation is equipped with all the comforts: impeccable cleanliness, perfect temperature, comfortable beds, bathroom and kitchen provided. The windows overlook the beautiful garden shared with the farm owners. Near the farm there is a minimarket and the town of Ijevan is just 8 minutes by taxi (very cheap, a trip costs 500 dram) and here you can find bars, banks, supermarkets. But what made the trip special was Nver's family, father Mikayel, mother Marine and brother Yura are wonderful people who welcomed me as a daughter and sister. We shared authentic and unforgettable moments, breakfasts together, walks, traditional dinners, chess games and long chats. Meeting them was a gift, more beautiful than I could have hoped. Saren was very friendly and super helpful, we felt at home. The house was clean and big, would recommend to anyone visiting Alaverdi & Sanahin 👌

Aren is an amazing host very helpful and friendly. The property was really peaceful and in the middle of forests and mountains. One of the best places to stay with nature. The food was great and so was the feel of the place. Made some really great friend during my stay there. I would recommend Aren's property for those who want to stay away from the crowded cities and love nature. I would certainly visit Aren again whenever I am in Armenia.
