We stayed in Oak Cottage at Elms Farm Cottages and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Carol was a fantastic host - very communicative, flexible and helpful and the cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with excellent amenities - all the small things taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

By far, the best communication with a host I have ever experienced on Airbnb. The house was like home from home, very well equipped, the garden table / seating was perfect for breakfast in the sun (yes we was lucky with the weather) with the added bonus of a clean hot tub ! Quite a few reviews mention the ‘little touches’ and can confirm, the hosts go out of their way to make this a stress free visit - and make a special effort for the four legged family members too. The location was great, once parked up (10m from front door - note the drive is private access (another tick)) you can effectively leave the car parked for your stay. If however you need food supplies, there are several supermarkets within a five minute drive, so again, easy access to essentials ! The park itself was large, several lakes, and great for walking the dogs or getting the kids off of their gadgets to explore the woods and surrounding area (by the way, before the kids ask, good wifi within the property!).

Great place to stay. Lovely surroundings, friendly working farm, my kids loved seeing the piglets and feeding them. A walk into Lincoln in just over an hour, through the fields, brilliant. Super helpful and friendly host. Great hot tub with privacy, accommodation had everything needed for a great stay. Would highly recommend and happily stay again. Thanks Fen Farm

Our stay was perfect. Very beautiful home. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and the house was just beautiful, every room was immaculate and we felt very lucky to have such a grand home to ourselves. We will 100% be returning and telling our friends and family about this amazing place.

This was our second year staying at the cottage. Like last time it was a wonderful holiday and we were sad to go. That Cottage feels like a second home to all of us. And we will be coming again next year. The property is beautiful and cosy. The surrounding area makes you feel so relaxed within nature. In the mornings we were able to see a barn owl on the garden fence. If you want somewhere to relax and unwind in the country I cannot recommend The Cottage enough.

Super Airbnb in a very friendly village with lots of amenities - we’d highly recommend The Plough . Easy access into Lincoln city too with lots to explore. Property was immaculately clean and very well appointed . Louise has taken a lot of time in considering guests needs . Her communication prior and throughout was excellent and friendly . Property has private sunny courtyard with super hot tub - very welcome after long country walks .

We had a lovely time at Nick and Liz’s cottage with our kids. It was a great base to explore around Norfolk. The view across the fields was really peaceful. Liz was really helpful with local recommendations for pubs and places to explore.

Fabulous thatched cottage full of character & and in a great location for visiting Rutland Water. Very peaceful and easy parking right opposite. The cottage was squeaky clean and extremely comfortable. Sweet treats from the local bakery, fresh coffee and doggy treats were a really lovely touch. Highly recommend a stay at Bee Cottage, you won’t be disappointed.

A great quirky cottage in a lovely small village local to the tourist attractions in the area. It's a shame the pub is no longer trading but there is a great Italian eatery in the village with a garden outdoor bar, leading down to the river; super when the sun shines!

A Perfectly Unusual Gem of a Stay We had the most wonderful time at this unique and charming Airbnb. The property itself is full of character and unlike anywhere we’ve stayed before—unusual in the best possible way! The facilities were excellent, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. The location was ideal, offering peaceful riverside walks right on the doorstep—perfect for our dogs, who also adored the spectacularly large garden. It really made the stay extra special for them (and us). Cressida was a fantastic host—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Her communication was clear and detailed throughout, which made everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish. We loved every minute and would happily return. My daughter and I stayed at Garden Lodge for 4 nights in May and had a really relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Charlie was the perfect host, and even provided a homemade cake as part of the welcome pack. The location was outstanding - surrounded by nature and so quiet. The beach is a 5 minute walk away, and it's beautiful, extensive, and virtually empty most of the time. Garden Lodge had everything we could possibly need, including a very nice garden to sit in and read. Thank you Charlie.

We loved our stay at Fiddly Dee. We were greeted by Mike who was welcoming and friendly. The space was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Very near the beach. Fitties is quirky and unique. Highly recommend.

Property was as described, well located, just a few minutes walk from Heacham South Beach.

Great place to stay, lovely outlook from the decking across water and the golf course. Well appointed accommodation with everything you could need. Great facilities and a bar on site and very good value for money.

Stephen is amazing, personable, responsive, ready with helpful actionable suggestions if you need them . The place itself is on a beautiful , riverside property, with beautifully maintained garden, swimming pool. It is 10 minutes drive from Peterborough and 25 minutes form Stomford, and has many trails and walks around that you can explore.

The Holliday caravan House offers a charming and cozy atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are elegantly furnished, and very clean. The common living room making it an ideal spot for both leisure and special events. Guests can enjoy a spacious living room and lovely hot tub if you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a unique lodging experience, this Holliday caravan House is a fantastic choice.

Lovely lodge, definitely in the nicest location on the park. An easy 10 minute walk into Hunstanton. We loved Old Hunstanton beach for dog walks (about 2 miles away) and lots of other lovely beaches a short drive away including Brancaster and Wells- next-the Sea.

Really beautiful lodge and extremely spacious. We shared as three couples and for the price was excellent value. Host was responsive and answered all our questions. The only downside was check-in wasn’t until 4pm it had been cleaned as the cleaners were leaving as we arrive just after 12 noon, but we had to leave everything in the car as we had a function to go to so didn’t unpack till we came home later on that evening.
