Excellent stay. John was a great host, showed us round the lodge and was available if we needed. Had a comfortable stay. Exactly what we needed. Hot tub was great to relax after a busy day. Had a drink in the pub when we arrived, very welcoming. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we were in the area.

What an excellent home, we felt very comfortable, everything was super clean and had all the amenities you require. Jane was great at communicating. We felt very much at home and would definitely like to return one day!

We booked at short notice for my wifes 40th Birthday. It ticked all the boxes, well equipped, hot tub, nice outdoor seating and not too far from home due to travelling with a 16 week old. The caravan is fantastic and in a quiet area of Tattershall lakes. The little hamper of goodies were well received by the older 2 kids and the bottle of prosecco by my wife and I. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing break and will definitely be booking another visit. Thankyou Emma and Tom

We had a lovely stay surrounded by beautiful fields, the sounds of wildlife and stunning star filled nights. I brough my dog along for the trip and she had a blast exploring the surrounding woods, beaches all within a short drive. The first morning i thought their was an issue with the shower and before the i got off the phone to Natalie there was a plumber on the phone ready to come take a look and another option was offered instantly. luckily it was user error and we had a chuckle when it wasnt working because i hadnt seen the string cord in the corner of the bathroom and everything was perfectly fine in the end.

I loved it so much I have booked to go again, disappointed that the prices are higher. However it was the perfect break that I needed.

We spent a delightful long weekend at the deluxe lodge located right at the lake in a peaceful and remote location. The surroundings are very quiet and relaxation friendly. The furnishings included everything you might possibly need. The modern decor is well thought through and human touches are visible all around. The location is extremely dog friendly (including a doggy shower and dog walk route). The most impressive are probably the outdoor spaces - both the lake facing terrace and the front garden. A place you never want to leave!

What a great find, we loved staying at Melissa's place. It was so clean, so stylish and classy. The fire pit, BBQ and log burner hot tub were all in use and that, coupled with a walk around their gorgeous land, watching the baby goslings march by in the morning was exactly what we wanted and more. We'd 100% go back, in fact we are already talking about it! Also Melissa and her mum Chrissie were lovely and very responsive - thanks for a great stay guys!

First impressions were great, it was as described and very homely. Very clean throughout with lovely decor. Great location and quiet site we will definitely return for another relaxing stay.

Firstly, a massive thank you to Jean and John for hosting us. Jean was very responsive and polite - she even went above and beyond to try and meet us in person (unfortunately we were out when she tried) nether-less, there’s not many hosts who try to meet their guests! I thought was very lovely. The lodge was a peaceful and in tranquil location with beautiful views! Our little boy absolutely loved seeing the ducks and fish every morning and throughout the day. It had all the amenities and MORE in the lodge. It was very clean and had some luxuries along the way. We were over the moon with how lovely it was. There is a lake at the back off the decking area and Jean made sure it was extra secured by add some tie wraps so our little boy couldn’t open the gate up when near. We can’t wait to come back again! And I highly recommend to anyone looking. Don’t think twice, just book it. It’s worth every penny! Thanks again Jean. From our family to yours!

No better way to celebrate our moms 76th birthday weekend. Beautiful to wake up to such a beautiful location, made all the better that the sun was actually shining! The listing location was exactly how described, and it was clean, and comfortable. Julian was responsive and very helpful with all of our enquiries. Already looking to book again later in the year. Booked this stay as a last minute get away and we absolutely loved it, the pod is great and it has a gate to keep your dog inside! Toilet and shower rooms are spotless. The fishing lakes are lovely, Adele is great and is everything you look for in a host. Had a fantastic time and will be rebooking as soon as I’ve posted this review!

Brilliant amenities in the cabin, felt very spacious! Loved the rewilding, enjoyed the woodland walk and watching the trains (not noisy, don’t worry!). We can recommend Belton House, walk between Woolthorpe and Belvoir Castle and Mannakin Hall! Hope to stay here again : )

I stayed as I was meeting with people for a dog meet up, so I met with them for meals etc. Pete was there when I arrived, as I was early. He showed me around and informed me of the important bits, like the boiler. Angie popped round to check we were ok too. Everything you could need was there which was very thoughtful. It was clean and tidy. It was a perfect location, not far to drive to places locally. Lovely places to walk your dog if you have them. I really enjoyed my stay at Jenny and Tom's cabin. They are the loveliest family, super friendly and welcoming. Happy to help and chat. The doggo is also a delight. The cabin is perfect, and suited me well. Very kindly Anna looked after my little dog while I attended at wedding function near by. Parking was easy. The absolute best thing about the cabin is the matress on the bed, it was so comfortable!! I now think I need one exactly the same :)) I thoroughly recommend the cabin, and the local area is gorgeous, but sadly I didn't have time to investigate it....another trip maybe.....

Really lovely caravan and spotless I loved the frenchie decorations, the caravan felt like a home. Owner answered asap when we said we was cold and sorted out problems immediately, I will definitely be booking again next year.

Booked for a 2 night stay and was perfect for a very relaxing time. Very easy to find in a beautiful little village. The instructions for getting in was perfect and great parking close to the lodge. The lodge was very clean and simple inside perfect for what we wanted. lots of room inside for the two of us and a Newfoundland dog and must say he really enjoyed his stay here also. The lodge is in the grounds of the Greenman pub this is a real bonus as the pub is a beautiful English pub with fantastic food and staff who made us feel really welcome it really is worth eating here and having a chat with the locals just how a pub should be good beer great food and lovely people thank you. 1 great thing about staying here is you step out straight into the countryside with gorgeous walks which me and the dog enjoyed. A massive thank you Victoria and all the Greenman staff

honestly one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. great communication with the host, easy and stress free check in and check out, absolutely beautiful surroundings and lovely local walks. can't recommend enough

very tranquil stay for a first night away as a couple... the club house was very friendly and played pool with a few regulars. was lovely to watch the fishing and the peace was absolutely beautiful.... thanks for a great stay and we will be back

Warm and comfortable the lodge had a fully equipped kitchen with milk bread and eggs in the fridge which we couldn’t have been more thankful for. We had a very comfortable stay Thankyou

A lovely place with a welcoming host. Was the perfect place for a little couples getaway, and just what my girlfriend wanted. Jessica even went the extra mile to help with making the space special for my girlfriend’s birthday. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back and enjoy the peace and quiet again soon!
