Everything was fine, I can recommend it to everyone:) The barbeque place was clean, tidy, and everything was suitable for the description.

Highly recommended to anyone! The cottages are beautifully located, on a large area, which creates a sense of privacy and the place is a great starting point for further hiking. The landlady is a lovely and extremely helpful person. Even though we arrived quite late, we had no trouble checking in. We received a lot of helpful tips and recommendations prior to arrival. The cottage is inexpressible cleanliness, everything smells fresh, and you can feel at home. Next to the cottage there is a sauna and a hot tub where we could relax. We'd love to come back and we'll be jealous of those who are going here 😉

The cottage was small but comfortably accommodated 6 people, a perfect place for people who want to drive through Veloczoszrtyn. The cottage is located on the road.

Zuzanna is a great host: quick to respond & hugely helpful. The property itself is in a stunning location and very peaceful. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well equipped. A few suggestions as to how it could be made even better - these are meant to be constructive rather than critical! It would be great if guests could control the temperature of the property themselves. It was cold outside (-10) but we don't like a hot house, and as we couldn't control the thermostat ourselves, we had to keep messaging Zuzanna to ask her to adjust it. She was super fast to help but I wish we hadn't needed to bother her. It would also have been great to have a washing machine! And one final point: there is a double bedroom downstairs, and beds for up to four people upstairs. "Upstairs" is in fact really a mezzanine accessed by an almost vertical ladder staircase. We were fine but families with small children / elderly relatives would have really struggled - this isn't in the photos.

Definitely and without thinking, I can recommend this cottage. Great neighborhood, full of peace, quiet, lake literally 200m from the house, you can also admire it from the terrace of the house. The cottage itself looks great in the photos, but it's actually much better! It can be seen that the owners take great care of it and want the landlords to feel at home. Everything is as described and all the amenities listed are available. As for the hosts themselves, we were very pleasantly surprised by how open they were to help and how much they were involved in making sure everything was going well. We will definitely recommend others to relax in this location and we are already planning our next arrival !

The listing was the same as the pictures. We went with 7 of us, the smallest room had a small double bed, 2 people couldn't fit on it! We would recommend it for 6 people!! The owner was helpful. The accommodation is located on a mountain top, it has to be counted! It was last minute about caucus..

Our stay at Chalupa pod skalou was simply amazing. This beautifully reconstructed countryside retreat offers a spacious, well-equipped interior with three cozy bedrooms, a modern kitchen, and a charming living area complete with a fireplace. The outdoor space—with its covered terrace, original log barn, and inviting campfire area beneath the forest—added a special touch to our getaway. Plus, the proximity to local attractions like the Gothal relax center and Ferrata Dve veže made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful yet activity-filled escape!

A nice house in the countryside, with a garden and a seating area. Attractive surroundings, plenty of options to go on a trip, whether by bike or on foot. We loved it, the communication with the owner was perfect. Definitely recommend.

Very nice, secluded place. Beautiful forest around, nice and well-equipped cottage. Very clean, still smells new. The fireplace adds to the coziness. A neighborhood of holiday cottages is being built around, but in the low season (February) there are very few people. We heated the cottage in Luti with the fireplace because it was rather cold at night. Perfect for a quiet weekend for a couple or four people.

This is the perfect oasis in the outskirts of the city. Private, comfortable and easy. You can hop on bus 44 & 244 and arrive at Arkad shopping mall & the metro line in 20 minutes with wuick access to downtown from there. There are two grocery stores in walking distance & everything about this home is 5 ⭐️ We hope to return!

The cottage is in a beautiful location, right next to the road, which is very small. It's completely quiet there. The garden has an abundance of birds and squirrels. It's a great starting point for a trip to Bradlo and elsewhere in the neighborhood. The cottage is well-equipped, we found everything we needed. We'd love to come back :)

I highly recommend the cottage, in winter the neighborhood delighted us with the🎄 only downside was the entrance to the cottage, very narrow 🚘

A tastefully renovated cabin, the photos on the profile are well documented. During our stay, extremely rainy and windy (flood weekend) - we appreciated the opportunity to heat up the heating panel in the room and in the pleasant bathroom. The amount of hangers to hang up wet clothes was also very practical. On the other hand, we didn't use the grill on the deck due to the weather. The positive was that the water ran even though the power went out in the area. The entire area is located in a nice valley, within walking distance from the picturesque Smraďavka. Thank you again.

The place is very well taken care of, cozy and very easy to feel at home. Robert was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The blinds let a lot of light in so if you are sensitive to sleeping with light when the sun comes up you might want to bring an eye mask, but other than that the place is perfect if you want a comfortable place in the quiet countryside. We actually almost changed our plans to stay an extra night just because we felt so good there.

Alexandra is an endlessly kind andhelpful host. The place is super clean and has a wonderful garden with all the comforts. A special positive is that pets are allowed. We had a great time! We will definitely be back! We highly recommend it to everyone

On April 19-21, I had the great pleasure of spending a wonderful time with my three children in a charming cottage located in the heart of the mountains, surrounded by forest. This place is a real gem – perfect for both a family getaway and an active vacation. The cottage, although small, is exceptionally cozy and well-decorated. It is very close to hiking trails and bike paths, making it a great base for mountain hikes and biking adventures. Inside, everything has been prepared for guests' comfort – comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare dinner, and there is aromatic coffee and tea. An additional advantage is the spacious terrace and playground – the children were delighted, and I was able to enjoy the silence and beauty of the surrounding nature in peace. Contact with the owner is also particularly appreciated – the day before my arrival, I received accurate directions and recommendations for interesting places in the area.

Cozy cottage is located in beautiful nature with lot of equipment for the big group of people. Everything is very good organized and you realize that you do not needed anything else. This was really above our expectation :)

The house is very beautiful and clean, feels like home. We enjoyed our stay, everything was great!

Adam’s place is a perfect getaway for couples in a really nice and peaceful surrounding.

It was as if we were in the woods, it's loud - but there's no word in the well soundproofed house - the birds chirping was fantastic in the shade of the huge trees. The bath rooms were clean, one with a shower, the other with a bathtub, and both toilets. There were only two of us in the end, but very comfortable for 4 adults. Great coffee maker with very nice coffee. The wifi worked perfectly. There is also a fridge, micro, toaster, kettle. Delicious filter teas ready. It's nice to have mosquito nets, so there's no problem with ventilation. There are already marked hiking trails about 100 meters from the house, we tried more. I hope we get a chance to come back again!

Great place! We're next to lots of hikes. There were 10 of us, the beds are comfortable, the linen is clean and smells good, however remember to ask for clarification on the location to find the accommodation😉. I highly recommend it. 😁

An extraordinary place overlooking the mountains very close to the city of Zakopane. Super location close to everywhere. In the area, local traditional backyards where highlanders produce oscypki . The perfect place especially for families with children. Playground and various activities! For adults, there is also a fire pit, a pool, a grill, a terrace. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Beautiful highlander-style cottage with a very high standard. Beautiful wood finishes. Very clean. The owners were very helpful and connected. The cottage is for 10 people, but it has one bathroom, so it can be a little disruptive with more people. We were 6 adults plus 2 kids and we made it😁. I really recommend it ! Incredible place !Spectacular views around the place. Beautiful wooden traditional house with all necessary equipment. Located very close to Zakopane. There is also few restaurants and grocery shops. Perfect for families. Hot tube BBQ kids playground
