Ver nice view and clean cottage highly recommended

Our family had an amazing stay! The house was perfect—clean, spacious, and beautifully equipped with everything we needed. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had a great experience. We truly loved it and would highly recommend it to others!

We were looking for exactly such a calm and dog-friendly place close to the hiking trails.

Zuzanna is a great host: quick to respond & hugely helpful. The property itself is in a stunning location and very peaceful. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well equipped. A few suggestions as to how it could be made even better - these are meant to be constructive rather than critical! It would be great if guests could control the temperature of the property themselves. It was cold outside (-10) but we don't like a hot house, and as we couldn't control the thermostat ourselves, we had to keep messaging Zuzanna to ask her to adjust it. She was super fast to help but I wish we hadn't needed to bother her. It would also have been great to have a washing machine! And one final point: there is a double bedroom downstairs, and beds for up to four people upstairs. "Upstairs" is in fact really a mezzanine accessed by an almost vertical ladder staircase. We were fine but families with small children / elderly relatives would have really struggled - this isn't in the photos.

Amazingly cozy place. Around peace, forest, and lake. Near the cottage there are eateries with food and beer. The cottage itself is very clean and there are probably all the amenities you need. Equipped kitchen, large table in living room, sound system, robes. The biggest advantage is the sauna and the exclusive hot tub, which you can use freely. Highly recommended and we intend to come back :)

I highly recommend staying in the cottage, it is a children's paradise - a trampoline, a swimming pool, a zip line and a wooden house with a bridge made the children delighted. For adults, great experiences - a hot tub, a grill, and an entire gazebo are great for the evening. The house looked just like the photos, and even better. Plus air conditioning in most rooms! It is worth noting that the descent to the lake is a narrow pebble road down, a difficult thing with a wheelchair if someone is planning to stay with small children. At the same time, the cottage has everything for a toddler - a crib, a baby bath, and a chair, it's important because you don't have to drive with you. Out of the drawbacks - lack of internet (although it may not be a minus? you could rest :) ) and not a completely clean bathroom, we cleaned up a bit of our way :) P.S. A lovely host makes delicious homemade products, I recommend trying it!

The listing was the same as the pictures. We went with 7 of us, the smallest room had a small double bed, 2 people couldn't fit on it! We would recommend it for 6 people!! The owner was helpful. The accommodation is located on a mountain top, it has to be counted! It was last minute about caucus..

It takes 15-20 minutes to get to the cottage from Sandomierz, no holes, etc. The cottage was well adapted to everyday life, and we felt at home. A place worth recommending 😊

A nice house in the countryside, with a garden and a seating area. Attractive surroundings, plenty of options to go on a trip, whether by bike or on foot. We loved it, the communication with the owner was perfect. Definitely recommend.

Very nice, secluded place. Beautiful forest around, nice and well-equipped cottage. Very clean, still smells new. The fireplace adds to the coziness. A neighborhood of holiday cottages is being built around, but in the low season (February) there are very few people. We heated the cottage in Luti with the fireplace because it was rather cold at night. Perfect for a quiet weekend for a couple or four people.

The cottage is in a beautiful location, right next to the road, which is very small. It's completely quiet there. The garden has an abundance of birds and squirrels. It's a great starting point for a trip to Bradlo and elsewhere in the neighborhood. The cottage is well-equipped, we found everything we needed. We'd love to come back :)

I highly recommend the cottage, in winter the neighborhood delighted us with the🎄 only downside was the entrance to the cottage, very narrow 🚘

A tastefully renovated cabin, the photos on the profile are well documented. During our stay, extremely rainy and windy (flood weekend) - we appreciated the opportunity to heat up the heating panel in the room and in the pleasant bathroom. The amount of hangers to hang up wet clothes was also very practical. On the other hand, we didn't use the grill on the deck due to the weather. The positive was that the water ran even though the power went out in the area. The entire area is located in a nice valley, within walking distance from the picturesque Smraďavka. Thank you again.

We had a pleasant stay. House was even bigger than we thought :) Very clean. Kitchen is thoughtfully arranged.

Everything was ok, easy to get inside, everything is clear, however, if you want to use the barbecue, or the sauna or fireplace in the house, then you will not have enough firewood, because for one night you are allocated only 3-4 pieces of firewood, otherwise everything is super

The cottage is very warm, heating mainly with a fireplace, there was a supply of wood, an electric heater available, which we never needed to use. The boiler is a little small for our needs of a large family of 6, but the host came to help us after we reported the issue. Beautiful view of the Slovak Tatras and the Three Crowns. Clean, coffee and drip coffee, spices, tea, and sugar on site. A very responsive, committed, helpful, and cultural host. All I needed was sharp knives, but who cooks on trips outside of me, I didn't even report it :P besides, everything is wonderful! It was a really nice stay. Recommended!

Alexandra is an endlessly kind andhelpful host. The place is super clean and has a wonderful garden with all the comforts. A special positive is that pets are allowed. We had a great time! We will definitely be back! We highly recommend it to everyone

Cozy cottage is located in beautiful nature with lot of equipment for the big group of people. Everything is very good organized and you realize that you do not needed anything else. This was really above our expectation :)

Great place, perfect for a package of friends and families with children. Great amenities, the place is about 40min from the center of Zakopane, about 45min from the entrance to the trail in Kuznice. The only downside is that the description of the stay does not include an additional fee for the use of the hot tub - 150 PLN (we stayed in the property for one night).

Monika was a fantastic host, she came to greet us personally to hand over the keys. Gave a quick tour with all the details of the property in English, she made us feel very accommodated. The house was gorgeous and very cozy, the fire place was prepared with extra logs for a warm cozy night in. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Zakopane!

Adam’s place is a perfect getaway for couples in a really nice and peaceful surrounding.

An extraordinary place overlooking the mountains very close to the city of Zakopane. Super location close to everywhere. In the area, local traditional backyards where highlanders produce oscypki . The perfect place especially for families with children. Playground and various activities! For adults, there is also a fire pit, a pool, a grill, a terrace. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Beautiful highlander-style cottage with a very high standard. Beautiful wood finishes. Very clean. The owners were very helpful and connected. The cottage is for 10 people, but it has one bathroom, so it can be a little disruptive with more people. We were 6 adults plus 2 kids and we made it😁. I really recommend it ! Incredible place !Spectacular views around the place. Beautiful wooden traditional house with all necessary equipment. Located very close to Zakopane. There is also few restaurants and grocery shops. Perfect for families. Hot tube BBQ kids playground
