Great apartment, 3 minutes to the valley station, great equipped kitchen, nice shower. Lockable ski depot. The entire residential complex is very clean and maintained. Very friendly landlord.

We had a great week of family skiing at Marc's cottage. The location is great with its unobstructed view in the heart of Grimentz and walking distance to the ski lifts. The cottage is very comfortable and very pleasant, it corresponds to the description. Marc welcomed us himself, which we particularly appreciated. We recommend this cottage and thank Marc for hosting us.

The stay was wonderful, we felt at home! Cozy, in a place where time seems to have stopped, a fantastic mountain view and lots of attention to detail. Easy to reach, in a quiet and secluded place but that allows you to move easily to all the most famous places and to every more or less nearby convenience. Despite this, it has everything you need nearby. For hiking lovers you can take beautiful routes starting on foot from the house and the surrounding area definitely deserves to be explored! Perfect for small families, we were traveling with a one-year-old and we felt really welcomed. Wonderful garden.

Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip at short notice due to a storm. Maja was very understanding, helpful and informed us well. The contact was always friendly and straightforward. We really hope it works out next time!

The cottage is very pretty, cozy and inviting. The environment is peaceful and close to nature. Claire was very available. We had a great weekend.

Very successful stay, spacious and very well-equipped cottage for 15 people, beautiful location with breathtaking views, access to cable cars within 15 minutes' walk. The on-site contact person is responsive and everything went well both on arrival and departure. Quietly located apartment, well equipped, also in the kitchen we lacked nothing, nice hostess, good communication, super nice view from the jacuzzi on the terrace, may always be used. We would always come back!

Superb apartment, well arranged, pleasantly decorated, premium amenities (indoor furniture, outdoor furniture, barbecue, appliances, TV, wifi, dishes, linens, garage, ski room, etc.). Host available and discreet at the same time. Village center within walking distance, magnificent view. The perfect vacation rental.

Loved this chalet - it was spotlessly clean , well equipped and the view of the mountains is breathtaking. Hosts met us when we arrived at the cable car exit and led us to our chalet. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay during low season in April. The view is just endless beauty. The appartment has all we need. I like to cook and cooked every night and did not miss any appliances or gear (oh maybe some scales would be nice;) . We have had some good adventures in the area. Core memory created! A lovely chalet in a lovely setting!

The apartment is very good, we spend time with friends and family. It was clean with a well stocked kitchen. The front view is blocked by a building but did not matter much as it was cold to be outside. But it is located in a very beautiful town.

Fantastic house, equipped with all comforts , in a wonderful place. House on 3 floors but well arranged, ground floor with large bathroom and a living room , garden floor with very comfortable living room. Rooms on the top floor. Great outdoor space with a table and barbecue . The house is perfect for 4 people . Sylvie is always ready to provide all the info .

The Stadel was comfortable, cosy and quiet. I felt so at home. The views from the balcony are stunning. Hiking routes starting at the top and bottom of the street. Was an absolute pleasure to stay here.

Nick was always responsive to my requests and questions and accommodating, taking into account my arrival time possibilities. The place matches the description in the photos The view of the mountains is stunning whether you are on the terrace or even in some rooms. Linens were sufficient and smelled good.

The house is impeccable, very clean and cared for in every detail. I think it's hard to find such a beautiful cabin with a view like the one you see from the large window of the living room. It's even better than the site's already beautiful photographs. The kitchen is perfect, it has everything you need. Finally, a special praise for Ezio, very kind and always available. She gave us great tips on restaurants and local activities. Of course, we'll be back .

I stayed at Simone’s chalet for a week at the end of February 2025 with my wife, grown up son, his girlfriend and my daughter. The chalet is a short walk up from the car park, near (the excellent) La Grange restaurant and funicular lift. The chalet is self-contained, lined with wooden panels and comfortable with great views down the valley. There is a good-sized sitting room, with dining table and small but perfectly usable kitchen, with an oven, hob and dishwasher. The WiFi signal is good - there is a TV in the sitting room - the basement has a washing machine - the bedrooms are cosy. There is a bathroom with a good shower. We travelled to Turin airport from London and rented a car for the journey to Frachey, which took about 90 minutes. There is a small supermarket in Champoluc, which we used. Communication with Simone was friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend the chalet for anyone looking for a cosy and comfortable place, within easy reach of the ski slopes of Frachey.

What can I say: the chalet is enchanting and Margherita/Matilde are wonderful and responsive co-host. The chalet may not tick every single box in terms of modern comforts, but for a precious 600 year old building in a mountain hamlet it is incredibly well designed and equipped. We found it in immaculate conditions and equipped at a very high standard (no dish washer, but there is no space for it). Most things were provided for, rather than the bare empty cabinets one often finds. No central heating; the pellet stove is very cosy and warms up the place very nicely, but it needs to be turned on and off (no time programming). The location is equally enchanting, but it’s a vigorous trek up, so it may not be for everybody. I was moved the moment I walked in, so magical is the place, and felt right at home. It may not be for everyone, but it certainly made me and my family feel privileged to be able to share in its history, beauty and warmth. Thank you Virginia and Margherita!
