Includes cable TV, WIFI, 24-hour hot water, work desk. Quiet and safe area, ideal for foreign tourists and people accustomed to walking. The place is warm, with a pleasant ambient temperature and well-lit, located on the 4th floor. Not suitable for minors.

Quiet and warm apartment with a garage!

The apartment is large and is on the first floor, above the house of Nadia. All very clean and comfortable. There are 2 bedrooms and 3 double beds. Well-equipped kitchen. We had problems because there was no hot water in the shower- the positive was how Nadia and her family understood and resolved the situation. There is a flight of stairs to the apartment. We take cold days and it should be taken into account that the apartment is quite cold and there are enough covers to sleep. We love the city's cuisine and recommend the restaurant Mareas Ceviche y Mas- typical Peruvian with great dishes, fair price and great service. Finally, I recommend this apartment and thank you for the kindness of the (growing❤️) family.
