I was worried because it was my first time using Airbnb, but the owner, Lilie, was really helpful and gave me advice right away for any inquiries.I was worried about the flight arriving in the middle of the night, so I asked for a pick-up.I was relieved that they handled it properly.In addition, I had to buy an evening dress suddenly because of a sudden business trip, and I was worried about what to do in Ho Chi Minh City, where I was staying for the first time, but I am grateful for the person who was fashionable and reliable, telling me about boutiques that fit my budget and quickly responding to couriers for accessories, etc.In addition, the receptionist was kind and polite.I had a comfortable stay and was able to ask for laundry, etc.Thanks to Lilie, we enjoyed Ho Chi Minh City.I would love to come back to Ho Chi Minh City and recommend it to my friends.

The place has great view and everything you need for a short stay for a small family. Host is very friendly and helpful.

The place was lovely and had everything we needed. We were offered a free clean and sheet change which could be arranged at our convenience. The location was also great with a car park if you were hiring a vehicle. Loved it. Quiet but also close enough to the hustle and bustle of Vietnam

Lovely stay, looks exactly like the pictures. The host was really friendly and replied fast. Only issue we experienced was a few mites in the shower when we arrived, however this was not the hosts fault.

This luxury apartment is huge for the area in D1 with 24/7 security. the apartment is beautiful and quiet. The restroom can use a bit of remodeling. The gym was clean. The rooftop with city skyline view and pool was nice.

Great place to stay. Quiet location with short walk to centre. Place was immaculate, cannot find fault. Host was responsive to a couple of minor issues. Would recommend.

its very nice to stay here. our room is at 3rd floor but they have lift inside, its help a lot for carry our luggage. the staff very responsive. place is very clean with good amenities like hairdryer, soap, shampoo and more. every space have stopcontact if you need more to charge your devices. recommended

We spent a week in this super nice apartment in the heart of Ho Chi Minh! We loved this neighborhood a little away from the tourists. And perfect for remote work.

Initially was staying in a hotel that was not good whatsoever, Kiet was able to expedite a space for us for the night until another accommodation was available. They moved all of our things to another room and even moved things we had forgotten and left behind. Amazing experience, quick to respond and act as well. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this place and I've rebooked like 7 times now haha! The bedding is hotel quality; thick mattress topper and amazing mattress, thick douvet, 4 plush pillows, all spotlessly clean white cotton. I had the best sleeps here and always rebooked because this room & building was just so superior to the hotel's of district 1. It's a big space with big bathroom (shower AND bath tub), bed with big side tables, seperate lounge with big TV. Cool retro art and colour details. SUPER SUPER SUPER CLEAN. Kitchen has everything to actually make food: kettle, microwave, fridge, stove, knives, plates/bowls, cutlery ect. This room (B) is at that back of the building so it's quieter as the street is at the front of the building (rooms A). I love my stay here every single time and I will continue to book again and refer to everyone I know :) The host's are also the best in the business. So responsive, so quick to reply, happy to help with literally anything and very good at their jobs.

Staying at Bao's place was an absolute pleasure! They were incredibly accommodating and understanding, allowing for a flexible check-in time that worked perfectly for my schedule. We had a wonderful time in this clean, modern, very well equipped apartment and close to many shops and restaurants. Mr. Công was very responsive, welcoming and gave us clear instructions for the Check-In and access to the pool. We will come back without hesitation if we have the chance.

I would like to share my wonderful experience staying at this house in District 1. First of all, I must say that the house is absolutely perfect. The location is incredibly convenient, with shops, restaurants, and transportation all within easy reach, making my life so much easier. Moreover, the house is very spacious, and I feel comfortable and relaxed living alone in such a large space. What impressed me the most was the generosity and kindness of the host. When I first arrived in Vietnam in the morning, I was exhausted and desperately needed a place to rest immediately. However, most other accommodations required me to wait until the afternoon to check in. But this host appeared like a savior. Not only did he allow me to check in right away, but he also didn’t charge any additional fees. His kindness and understanding made me feel incredibly grateful and warmed my heart. I truly appreciate the thoughtfulness and goodwill of the host.

Our host was super proactive right from sharing clear and helpful video instructions for a smooth checkin to continuously checking in on us to ensure we had a pleasant stay. His home is super cozy, aesthetically beautiful, clean and matches exactly the description and photos. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay in District 1 in HCMC :)

I came to this apartment 2 times. Everything was perfect! The apartments and its facilities are heavenly, is really comfy. Plus, amazing owner!!! Oanh was super nice and always available for questions and help. He is a very responsive and hospitable person🫶🏽 we had a late flight and he was very kind and allowed a late check-out. Our stay was a great experience. Would definitely recommend it to everyone who's planning for a trip to Hồ Chí Minh.
