The place has great view and everything you need for a short stay for a small family. Host is very friendly and helpful.

First of all, thank you to the host for making a good accommodation affordable. The accommodation is a recently completed building, so all facilities are clean and everything is located around convenience stores, restaurants, etc. Also, the swimming pool is always well-maintained. Security is guarded 24 hours a day, so it is safe. The kitchen was well-equipped with utensils, so I used it without lacking anything, and the bathroom cleanliness was the best. The bed was also comfortable and the bedding was very good. The host was always friendly and very responsive. I recommend this place to all the guests

Chau is extremely considered host quickly responsive and extremely helpful. The place is a small studio apt with an amazing view on the 20th floor very clean and with a laundry machine Also the swimming pool on the 7th floor is a nice place to swim and sunbathing Across the road there is a local market where I was buying fresh fruit and in a walking distance there are restaurants and cafe massage place A very good location Thank you Chau 🙏🙏

This place is incredibly safe, walkable, and the service is outstanding. When you stay at a place for an extended period, like I did here, the host's ability to maintain professionalism becomes invaluable. A host who's overly friendly can sometimes be exhausting, but HongHouse strikes the perfect balance. The service is prompt and professional and the design, breathtaking.

The studio apartment was great with a huge bathroom. However, the highlight was Seb, the guy in charge at the front desk. He’s direct, a clear communicator, attentive to all my needs and makes the best cappuccino I’ve had so far in HCMC D7. Thank you so much for making my stay that much better.

Had a Great stay. Staff were Helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned everyday and they did my laundry for a small fee . Well worth the price I’ll be coming back

Comfortable apartment in a central location. Very quiet, despite being in the middle of the city. Victor was always helpful with whatever I needed and flexible with the check in, which I appreciated. The double AC units are a luxury as well. Some reviews complain about the shower but it was never a problem for me. Overall I had a great stay with no problems.

Hello. The accommodation was very clean and in excellent condition. The 29th floor with great view was especially nice. I would definitely want to stay here again the next time when I visit Ho Chi Minh.

We spent a month in Ho Chi Minh at Kem’s place. The apartment was a bit smaller then we were expecting( family of 7) but it was beautiful. There’s a pool and a gym. My kids loved the pool and we loved the gym and the pool. We are vegetarian and the area has a vegan restaurant that we loved, we were sad when they closed down for 2 weeks for tet, we then had to order in on the Grab App or drive into District 1. We also cooked a lot of our own meals, which was easy to do in the apartment. When our stove started giving issues, Kem and her husband were very responsive and got us a replacement. If you are not vegetarian/vegan there is a plathora of restaurants to choose from. There’s also lovely bakeries right by the apartment complex as well as grocery stores. Overall, we had a great time here and would definitely recommend.

We highly recommend this newly furbished apartment. Being the only one on the floor, this apartment offers a great sense of privacy. We particularly appreciated the daily replacement of towels and the spring water available on the ground floor. There are so many cafes and restaurants either right at the front door or else in walking distance.

Perfect stay in an exceptional accommodation! Everything was impeccable: the impeccable cleanliness, the comfort of the amenities, and the attention to the tiniest details. The listing was as described, and even beyond our expectations. The decor is charming and the atmosphere warm, which made us feel right at home. The location is ideal, with everything nearby (shops, transportation, etc.), while being in a quiet and pleasant area. A big thank you to the host, who was very responsive, welcoming and attentive, with delicate attention upon arrival. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to return during our next stay!

Generally, it was great. However, there were some ants because the weather was very hot.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Anh’s! The place was exactly as described, and she was very responsive to any questions I had.

Place was clean and prefect location, host provided us everything we need in the room without needing us to ask for it, slippers, tissue, umbrella, TV with Netflix, washing machine even laundry detergent and also dryer as well. Overall the stay was prefect. Only downside was they lock the gate all the time without anyway for us to unlock other than calling the guard to open for us, but it might not feel good when we back home late or we need to go out at midnight because we need to wake the guard up in order to open the front gate. we can't even order grab food when we hungry at midnight because we dont wanna wake the guard up😂

felt right at home . we very much enjoyed our stay. gym and pool is great. Great pillows and blankets. beds a little stiff for me but good. kitchen is great really was just what we needed!
