If you cross just one river, you can meet the latest Ho Chi Minh City... Can there be a view/outlook/night view in a property of this price range? I even have doubts. There are many restaurants around and convenient shopping at GS25, etc. Grab taxi is also fast and cheap for about 50,000 won to the middle of the 1st group city~~~ With this accommodation equipped with a living room and terrace...there is no need to use a hotel anymore It is the best choice.

located right amidst the hustle bustle we stayed at Huys place, and the hosts were very gracious. They allowed us to check in early and when we had a slight inconvenience, they met amends and went out of their way to help us and make sure we had a comfortable stay. I'm not sure alot of people would do the same, but huy and Kim for that matter were quick with their responses and quick with solutions to ensure our stay at saigon was fab. The property doesn't have a lift and would be a task for some, but nevertheless they send helpers to help with luggage and that just goes to show how much they care for the customers who've chosen to stay with them. would definitely recommend. 😊👍

After the trip, it took me a few days to remember how good the house was. I suddenly remembered that I hadn't left a review, so I'm leaving a good one. The house is very well decorated, the bed is very comfortable to sleep in, and some small designs make you feel like you are staying at your own home. The host is also very nice, recommended a lot of food, and warmly welcomed me at the neighborhood entrance. If I come to Ho Chi Minh again next time, I would really like to stay here again.

I stayed an additional day longer than my original schedule. The perfect place to stay and the perfect place to stay I was the host. I plan to visit again on my next trip. The host made me feel comfortable and happy.

While the room is a bit small and doesn’t get much natural light, it’s cozy and thoughtfully designed. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it!

Big enough room to sleep 10 easily. Full of nostalgia items decorated all over the place yet well maintained and clean. Anh and Le were responsive and provide help whenever asked of. A quiet area yet within 10 mins walk to the Ben Thanh market. Nice coffee place around the area and convenience stall within 5 mins walk as well. Can also walk to Saigon centre within 15 mins. Recommended!

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

Really great place. Thomas also help us keep our luggage first when we check out as we need to go buy things to bring back first and while waiting for our night flight. I'm addition iits near to all places.

Sophie’s apartment was excellent. Beautiful home and very comforting in a great location that was an easy walk to lots of places. Sophie was so nice, friendly and helpful, she really made our stay easy and enjoyable
