Wow!!!! Great stay at AirBnb in Octocal Beach. We visited Costa Rica for our daughter’s nuptials and indeed our stay at this AirBnb was an unforgettable experience. It was an upscale home away from home. The service was excellent! The atmosphere soothing yet vibrant, calm, and relaxing. The rooms were clean, spacious with stunning views. The amenities were top notch and every needed for a home away from home was readily available in the home. Potrero is a great location, far from the over touristic area of Tamarindo. Christina's place is great, it's pratical and very safe. It was very quiet when we went. The terrasse gives on the pool. We got to use the beach umbrella and mask and Tuba. strongly recommend

5 Stars – Unforgettable Beachside Retreat! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Palm Beach Estates! Dirk was an exceptional host—always quick to respond and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The house is just steps from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean anytime. We especially loved the outdoor grill area—it was perfect for cooking up the fresh red snapper we got from the local fish truck. So delicious! The pool was a major highlight for our family. The colorful lights at night made it feel magical, and we spent many evenings playing Marco Polo with our girls—such great memories. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, with great access to local spots and the beach just around the corner. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a memorable beach getaway!

The home was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean, well stocked, and fairly close to the beach and town. We would definitely stay here again.

For us the location was perfect. Quiet neighbourhood and away from the hustle & bustle. Need a car or golf cart for this property’s location. We had a golf cart. The house was great and well stocked with everything we needed. Paul was great to deal with and was quick to respond if we needed anything. Roger the property maintenance fellow was really great as well, always willing to help us with anything. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for a peaceful area but close to all amenities.

Ana was super friendly with us, very communicative and provided us with a solution to any inconvenience, the place is very central and is super close to the beaches, the airport and supermarkets. Super recommended, and the house is very nice and comfortable, my whole family had a great time.

Location is great you get the quiet part of Tamarindo but just a short walk or golf cart ride and your in the heart of town. The beach access across the street is awesome and very peaceful.

We had a great stay! The place was nice, clean, and just about 300 feet from the beach, with several other beaches nearby as well. The hosts were very friendly, responsive, and gave us a warm welcome. Highly recommend!

Cassie was hands down the best Airbnb host we've had! She was the most thoughtful and nicest host, sharing a wealth of information in the welcome letter prior to our arrival. In the letter, her and her husband thought of everything to include to make it such a welcome and comfortable stay! Their home is so beautiful and we are so thankful for them to share it with us. What stood out was Cassie's quick responses and going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay, even before we asked! For example, Cassie knew that we were traveling with our toddler and asked if there was anything else she could provide for our child. She arranged for a highchair to be delivered which was so helpful! She was so accommodating and the best host in the most beautiful home.

This was a great place for my family to relax in a very spacious beautiful home. The pool was great amongst the forest, it’s truly an experience. Recommended 110%!

Pictures don’t do this place justice. It is so nice! Very secluded and peaceful yet only 5 minutes from town with the golf cart (big hills to get there so you need some type of transportation!). Communication with Marco and Todd was above and beyond, they made sure we had everything we needed. We hired the private chef for one night and it was amazing! Really loved our stay ♥️

Fantastic beach compound. Christelle's house is the very northernmost on Brasilita where its quiet. House is directly across the road (as close as you can get) from the beach. This is a new house with all the conveniences you would expect on a higher end listing. The outdoor is exactly as pictured and makes it easy to eat outdoors and lounge at the pool. Good security with locking gates and an electrical fence on the wall and an alarm system for the house. Just a great spot if you want to get on and off the beach fast and not be surrounded by lots of people yet be very close to some of the best restaurants in Guanacaste.

The apartment looked better than the pictures. Everything worked great. The people that work at the resort are all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay this location! The condo was incredibly comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The location was perfect - close to restaurants and the beach. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed our visit. The house was super clean, super well maintained. The hosts responded quickly to questions, even to give us suggestions for things to do or visit. The pool was superb, the area is very safe. Only positive things to say!
