The most lovely hosts and place Ive ever been to. Silence all around, birds singing, squirrels on the trees. The terrace is the best spot. if you are a digital nomad seeking for a spot far from the city noise and rush, do not hesitate, just come here and you wont regret. The hosts are very helpful, proactive and they really do care about guest's comfort. Highly recommended !

This place is a private community with many lanes. We got lost at first, but Pak and his housekeeper came to the rescue just in the nick of time. The communication with Pak was very good. The inside of the house is very spacious and beautiful, but some of the furniture can use some upgrade. The location is good, and the place is very peaceful. We use this house as our place to sleep because we had lots of meetings, so we didn't spend much around the house during the day. The housekeeper is very responsive, helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful time staying at Baan Sawan. Everything was perfect from the hot tub to the kitchen, the super comfortable and clean beds to the swimming pool. Getting a Grab taxi into town was simplicity. Mrs Tik made recommendations, organised massages and was incredibly warm and friendly.
