Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Taito City

Momoe-san was very communicative from the get go and was so lovely. She made us feel right at home and was available to answer any questions we had. Gotanda was a lovely area and the open play area was lovely to sit in with our son. Thank you for the hospitality! It was so comfortable to have a quiet place to come back to and it had all the amenities we needed. We didn't cook or use the kitchen but it was well stocked with lots of appliances!

We had a good stay. The apartment was very clean and we liked the quiet neighborhood.

Overall a great place to stay in. Ample space to move around plus the beds were comfortable. The elevator in the house was a great help in bringing our luggages up and down and also after a long tiring day of walking. Lots of shops and dining around the area. Convenience stores and the metro station are walkable. Jerry is a great host and replies within a few minutes.

Kenji is a great host who is very responsive. Due to flight delays, we didn’t arrive until close to midnight and he was kind enough to stay up and show us in. Definitely check out the black spa as per his recommendation. He has bikes that you can borrow to explore the neighborhood.

Great place to stay if you want a quieter neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the city

Jim's place, and more importantly, Jim, are wonderful. The upstairs is open and gets great light throughout most of the day. The wood surrounds you so it has a warm cozy vibe. There are two wall mounted AC/Heating units upstairs and one in the room downstairs. The shower is one of my all time favorites because of the pressure and perfect temperature control. The kitchen is a little sparse, but if you're not cooking anything complicated it will be perfect for most meals. The mattress was a little too thin for me, but after mentioning it to Jim he told me he will upgrade those, so you will likely have more comfortable bedding. The area is great. Very quiet and within walking distance of Tsutsujigakoa Station, which has Rapid, Sub-Express, and Local trains to Shinjuku every 10 minutes or so. From Shinjuku you can access all the rest of Tokyo pretty easily. There are markets and restaurants nearby as well. All in all, a great place to stay.

Great place to stay. Lovely spacious apartment and good facilities. Loved the balcony and views. Fab location in a buzzing yet quiet part of Tokyo, close to two stations and loads of restaurants and food outlets. We loved our stay and it felt like home for a week.

Nice place with a great terrace! Walking distance to the train and shops. For 4 people and suitcases maybe a little tight but still completely okay. We liked the place!

5 stars - exactly what I was looking for as a repeat visitor! Very spacious by Tokyo standards, and located in a charming (and real) neighborhood inhabited by locals.

We really enjoyed our stay in Shinjuku. There were four of us in the apartment and we had ample room. The location was in a nice part of town surrounded by restaurants and cafes close to public transport and local attractions. The beds were comfortable. The shower was lovely and the kitchen was great for making small meals.

Seirai’s place worked well for our family’s final few days in Tokyo. Very private and having two separate living spaces was ideal. Really appreciated the responsive communication and the late check out was super helpful!

Cute and clean little place in a great location.

Emiko is a fantastic host. She made me and my husband feel right at home. Any time I had a question, she responded right away and took care of things for us to our complete satisfaction. The apartment is in a great location, close to the train station, supermarket, a Lawson store right next door where we could go down any time of the day or night and purchase food and items. The area is quiet at night and we slept great. The bed was so comfortable, with wonderful soft cotton sheets -- an important item that is not always available. There are also interesting places to eat in the neighborhood, including an Indian restaurant. A few blocks away is a small bath house and a twenty minute walk to a large onsen. We loved staying at Emiko's and highly recommend The Secret Base.

kayo was very responsive as a host. the location is good and easy connection to Asakusa station.

Nice area and view from the roof, it’s quite a bit of stairs to get up and it’s narrow so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with luggage. The beds were just a bit uncomfortable but nonetheless it does the job, other than that it’s a nice clean space and i recommend staying here.

Great place and great host. Very large by Tokyo standards and homely. Also very central so easy to get around. Premo was extremely responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay, even sourcing a babysitter at very short notice! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Our family of 7 stayed here. We all loved how clean and spacious it is! Shibuya is a busy place but this airbnb is just a stones throw away. Definitely quiet for a peaceful rest at night! It had everything we need! We loved it!

Hitomi took amazing care of me and my daughter while we were her guests! She sent us a detailed list of recommendations for the neighborhood including kid-friendly highlights. When my daughter needed to go to the doctor, she sent a list of clinics. She also helped me ship some luggage to make my train trip easier. She was an incredible host, always going above and beyond. Great host, had some trouble with the lockbox and they came over to help us within 10 minutes. Shin-okubo is a great location to stay in central Tokyo, highly recommended this area. Loved the balcony Would stay again %100

We had a lovely stay at Ryusuke’s place. We chose the location because it was in the neighborhood of our friends. We easily took the bus and train from close to his place. The flat was very spacious and met all our needs. There’s a delicious bakery close and some nice restaurants. We would stay again. Thank you!
