Monthly Rentals in 't Zand

Nice hosts and uncomplicated communication. The house is well located for day trips by car. For older people, the very steep stairs are rather unsuitable. We had a good time.

The somewhat secluded apartment was very clean and really nice and modernly furnished. The beds were a little too soft, but we felt very comfortable. Callantsoog and especially the beach were minutes away by car. Next time, we will definitely borrow a few bikes to explore the area. We will definitely be back and then check back in here! :-) All in all: Top accommodation!!! As a tip for future residents: There is really no food available, i.e. such as spices, oil, coffee or the like must be brought/ purchased. It is also smart to bring 2-3 dishwasher tablets.

We enjoyed our stay very much - the bungalow was cozy and having a chicken coop in the garden was delightful!

We had a very nice and relaxing time in Mieke‘s house - the place was exactly as expected, cozy, clean with a well-equipped kitchen and nice surroundings - different beaches could also be reached by a 10 min car drive. A perfect place to relax, read books and wind down! Mieke was a very nice host, welcomed us warmly and gave recommendations for activities and restaurants. Would definitely recommend the place!
