Large common space downstairs, 4 bedrooms upstairs, fireplace, garden, fireplace, covered pergola, scents and bird chirping await in all quantities. The nearest beach is 6 km away. In the village, there is a café, delicatessen, gallery, wineries, Sunday market, in the neighboring villages within 10 minutes, the best ice cream shop in the neighborhood (the world), super restaurants, children's and adult programs, concerts, wineries, hiking await.

The house awaits you on the picturesque vineyard hillside along the Wine Route. With its private wine terrace and peaceful setting among the vines, it’s the perfect place to savor the estate’s own wines. :) From the lookout, you have stunning panoramic views of Lake Balaton. Mornings begin with birdsong, and you might even spot deer and rabbits wandering nearby. A big terrace, vineyard, and cozy fireplace complete the experience. A ház előtt vezetnek a túraútvonalak a Szent György-hegyre és a hegy híres borászataihoz. A Balaton mindössze 6 km-re van. A SZAUNA külön díj megfizetésével használható, egyeztetett időpontban (15.000 Ft/felfűtés).

Our house offers a quiet retreat in the middle of orchards, vines, and fields, where you don't have to give up on modern and clean comfort. The landscape shows a different face in every season, the house can be booked all year round. If you just want silence, you don't have to move out, the sun goes around the building, it's impossible to enjoy the beauty of the neighborhood and the view. We can only accommodate 2 people in our house, we cannot accommodate children (0-16 years)
