Stunning gardens especially liked the wonderful sculpture near the front gate. Great private location. Very clean and tidy accommodation with comfortable furnishings, we only used the King bed which was very comfortable. Plenty of hot water and very good shower too. The kitchen was very clean, well fitted with good utensils, cookware and crockery. The breakfast provisions and some other treats provided were really far better than the usual basics and much appreciated. It was winter and the accommodation was well provided with suitable heating facilities especially for anyone who loves ( and knows how to use) a wood fire with ample fuel supply. Many thanks for the brief share of a lovely home and your excellent attention to so many details.

We felt very at home at the Cox’s place. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the peaceful surrounds as we picnicked under the trees or had breakfast in the sunshine on the verandah. Our grandchildren loved feeding carrots to the friendly horse and patting Black the dog.

Fantastic Experience I recently had the pleasure of staying at this cottage and I can't recommend it enough! From start to finish, my experience was absolutely delightful. The host, Sandra was truly exceptional. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable experience. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

I visited Anne's farm with my 7 year old son. We just stayed the one night, but we crammed in as much alpaca action as we could. We loved feeding the animals at 9am and 3pm each day. We were able to wander round the farm and explore all the different paddocks of alpaccas on our own. The scenery was lovely and Anne was friendly. I plan to return with my daughter next time.

Rebecca was very accommodating. House was beautiful, my friends and I wish we could have stayed longer. Lots of sweet touches, which made us felt very welcomed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

we had a short stay at mel's place. we were welcomed with great kindness and hospitality. Mel knew how to put us at ease and was an incredible host (she entered our hearts and we will not forget her). plus there are adorable horses. the room is very cocooning and there is plenty of space. You will enjoy it, I highly recommend it

We just spent a wonderful weekend at the cottage in Suntori Park, and it was truly a memorable getaway! The kids had an absolute blast feeding and petting the horses, they couldn't get enough of it! The beautiful surroundings made for some great walks, and we were lucky to have amazing weather the whole time. The cottage itself was cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a home away from home, and we loved relaxing there after a day of exploring. Highly recommended for a refreshing escape!

One of the best airbnbs I have stayed at by far! The host was extremely accommodating and friendly. He gave a nice tour of the place and answered all questions we had. There is so much to do at the house , particularly the river. Very close to town, with Sunday markets. The fire pit was the winner 👐 Would book again!!

Wonderful accommodation, Would stay again

Great stay at the Cosy Caretaker’s Cottage! We spent most of our time indoors and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Accessing the farm was a lovely experience, although we did get a little lost finding the entrance. Deborah was very helpful and responsive, which made our stay even better. Overall, a wonderful and relaxing getaway!

We had a very nice stay. The house was clean, bright and airy and had everything that we could have wanted. The house was quiet and peaceful with easy access to all surrounding areas, towns and activities. We would stay again.

Firstly, what an absolute beauty of a location! From the feeling of being in the country to being 10 minutes down the road from civilisation, this is the perfect spot! Our hosts, Pania and Rowan were extremely humble and accommodating people. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and throughout our stay. For our first stay through air bnb, we are so impressed and will definitely love to stay again in the future. The accomodation was 10/10, clean and well prepared. The pool was also a perfect touch for the warm weather. My partner and I would recommend staying here. :)

This is a delightfully special property. Meticulously clean, comfortable and spacious. NOTHING left out, Nila has thought of everything. We felt welcomed and looked after. Thank you Nila, for the welcome basket...lovely. There was something for everyone in it :-)) There were more than enough beds for our group too - six women and five children. Communication is fast, friendly, helpful and considerate. The kids had a FABULOUS time, there is so much for them to do. The magic kitchen is beautiful - the small girls LOVED it. Thank you, we would love to come back some time.
