Beach house vacation rentals in Swanpool

Really lovely stay at the beach bungalow. Parking for two cars. Dog friendly. Dishwasher was invaluable (tablets provided!). Two bathrooms! Huge lounge with conservatory and great views. Outside shower facilities. All good. No complaints. One suggestion - soft close toilet seat in main bathroom. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you. Philip

We were visiting Perranporth to visit family who lived locally. The property was ideal . The kitchen was well equipped with double oven, fridge & freezer dishwasher etc. A lovely dining room, comfortable lounge and the conservatory provided magnificent views across the village and bay to the golf course opposite. There were also tables and chairs strategically situated in the garden to take advantage of the sun as well as proving good viewing points. For anyone wishing to park up and use local transport the bus stop for busses to Newquay and Truro were a few steps away. The village with cafes, pubs and beach on the doorstep. Miranda provided excellent information regarding location of the premises , how t access the property and making use of the facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights in the house.

A fantastic stay and the property was exactly as described. Spotlessly clean and really well equipped. The location is great. A few minutes walk from Newquay Town Centre and less than 10 mins walk to Fistral Beach through the middle of the golf course on a traffic free path. The host responded within an hour on both occasions I contacted her. I can’t fault anything. Thanks for a fantastic stay. Highly recommended.

What a gem! The upper beach house is a fantastic find with the most wonderful scenic view to look out to. The house is spacious, homely and full of all the amenities to feel home from home. The outdoor terrace is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the view of the beach. With just a one minute walk to the beach and costal path, the location was perfect. Gareth was a great host, responsive and clear instructions. A brilliant stay!!

Our family of 6 adults and 2 toddlers from Australia and Canada loved our stay at Natalie's house in Trevone. The house was perfect for an easy and fun holiday with plenty of living, bedroom and bathroom space for all, an extremely well-equipped kitchen, great location for the beach and for the local shop and the supermarket in Padstow. Natalie, thank you for your help in organising our stay and we hope to return one day. I would highly recommend this house for a memorable family holiday.

So glad we ignored the weather forecast for Easter! Wave's end was a great find the location was just perfect with it being level to the beach (so no complaints from the children about steep hills) but close to the coastal path that we could walk to Padstow and Pentire Point easily. The accommodation was clean, modern and comfortable with everything we needed and Dominic really helpful and friendly. Not to forget the surf, shops, bars and restaurants of Polzeath, a great holiday all round.

We had a great stay, house was very spacious and clean. Very good location 3 min walk to the beach, nearby shops, not even 10 min walk to high street. Host was very responsive and informative. We would definitely love to come back!

Coastal path 20 minutes away, close to river Gannel. Which take you straight to Crantock beach where you can swim during low tide. David has everything you can need at his place. They have made it comfortable, cozy and feels like home once you get indoors. Our dog loved it as there was so much outdoor space.

Great place to stay, fabulous views. Mel is a great communicator. Swimming pool 2 min walk away. Grandchildren absolutely loved it (as did we all). Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again. Bonus was the weather was amazing for April.

We had the most fantastic big family holiday here! The property easily accommodated 9 adults plus a wee one, with the hot tub and the games room being great bonuses to add to our enjoyment. The whole house was brilliantly equipped with excellent furnishings both inside and out on the patio, had very comfortable beds and the cleaning products and soap etc were very much appreciated. Having the Londis shop so close was very handy and we enjoyed some delicious food at the Jam Jar cafe/pizzeria just down the road. Newquay is just a short car ride away with all the beaches, supermarkets and restaurants you could ever want. There just wasn’t enough time to do everything we would have liked to do…..so we will just have to come back again!! Thank you for an amazing property where we could all gather and enjoy such a memorable holiday.

We’re so glad we chose to stay at Halula Beach House for my hen do weekend, it was the perfect pad! Pool, hot tub, silent disco, huge table we could all sit round… and just a few minutes walk to the gorgeous beach. Would highly recommend it!

Calm, peaceful and wonderful location. Clean property with all amenities available. Pool facility is plus point.

Another fantastic stay at Creek Cottage - we loved every second and didn't want to leave. The property itself has everything you need and more for the perfect break with a great mix of relaxation but also facilities on site such as a pool, restaurant / bar & soft play - you will love it. The property itself has a beautifully positioned patio which includes a seating area in the tranquil spot by a little stream with parking directly outside the front door for easy access. As others have mentioned very thoughtful touches on arrival and also ample cutlery etc. for children which is a great bonus. Harry is a genuine host who gave clear and accurate information and support (if needed). We can’t wait to be back again for more family breaks in the future.

We loved our family stay at William’s place! It was loaded with all the amenities that we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked. The heated pool was a great addition when the ocean was cold. The location was amazing…walk into town or take the Ferry across to Padstow for lots of great shopping and eateries. We would definitely stay there again.

A fantastic property with wonderful views of Mawgan Porth. It was all we expected and so much more. We would have no hesitation in recommending the property and location to others and would very much like to stay again in the future. Throughout the whole process Simon and Jax were excellent hosts. They provided loads of information and were very timely in response to any questions we had. Our only regret is that we only had a week there! Thank you Simon and Jax for providing us with fantastic accommodation in a lovely area of Cornwall.

This house is in simply the best location for the town and beach. The house is home for home and the kitchen has every utensil you need and the bathroom is great. The courtyard is a lovely intro in the afternoon too. My only slight reservation: we are a family of 5 and I think the house is more suited to a family of four. The living areas and kitchen/diner feel smaller than the photos look.

What a place!! Very clean and comfortable. Everything was as stated in the description. 5 mins from shops on way down but a good 15 on way back as you have a hill to climb! Would definitely recommend. Hot tub not in use while we were there. Beds were huge apart from the bunks. The projector and the large screen are a bonus.n

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Gwynn Lodge! The place was spotless, beautifully set up, and so peaceful the perfect retreat after exploring Cornwall. It was also my birthday during the trip, and the lodge made it feel even more special. Sarah & Ian were wonderful hosts warm, responsive, and thoughtful throughout. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or better people to host us. Highly recommend and would love to return someday!

What an absolutely lovely property, perfect for eight adults and dogs! Well laid out, comfortable beds and it was lovely to find a really well equipped kitchen. The dogs in particular loved the underfloor heating!! The house is a lovely 10 minute walk to the stunning Daymer Bay and if you continue walking along the coastal path towards Rock you can catch the ferry to Padstow. Rachael was really responsive and provided recommendations for places to eat. Would 💯 recommend!

The holiday home was beautifully clean and cozy. Host was helpful and left some lovely scones as a welcome! It was a short walk to the beach and an easy walk to neighboring St Ives, making it a great base to explore from. The local train station was also handy to get back after a long day walking. The parking is on the road outside the house on a quiet lane so didn’t have any issues. Really Recommend.
