Beachfront vacation rentals in Swan River

Location was good as its walking distance to the beach, saved us the trouble of having to drive when we are tired. The apartment was clean and very functional. Jenny was also very responsive to our queries. Made our stay really comfortable!

Location location location!!!!! Was fantastic about 20 steps to the water. Coffee shop on a corner and fish and chips on the other corner. Was very handy to get kids hot chips when you arrive late in the day. House was so beautiful. So much space and lovely furnishings. Extremely comfortable beds and such a nice area, with stunning houses everywhere. I could definitely live here!

The location is perfect for accessing the beach and vibrant Cottesloe with a reliable bus service a 2 minute walk away.

Cute and cosy studio in the heart of South Freo. Walkable distance to the beach and all the great cafes/bars and restaurants along South Terrace. Lovely garden setting and enclosed yard for our dog Ziggy. Thoughtful touches from Kale and Sam - welcome note and bottle of wine and treats for our dog.

Great spot close to beach. Kitchen is well equipped for basic cooking. Home clean. Outdoor area is well maintained.

Sarah’s place is incredible - this is the 2nd time we’ve stayed! Beautiful location, beautiful views, amazing balcony to enjoy the sunsets, nearby to lovely cafes and shops whereas other areas of the beach would be farther away from these conveniences. Comfortable spaces, comfortable beds. Amazing!!!

We had a fantastic time at Bonnies house, she and her husband François were incredibly kind and generous hosts who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home.

Beautiful apartment a stones throw from the beach, spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need, Marcella was a wonderful host who responded very quickly to any issues we had, would highly recommend and will definitely be returning on our next visit.

Due to a flood in the apartment we originally booked, we were upgraded to the recently renovated apartment 204. We were super grateful for this, not having to scramble for alternative accommodation at the last minute. The apartment was beautiful inside, very well done with lovely bathroom, kitchen and tasteful furnishings. The view was incredible, across the road from the beach, and fantastic location...making it easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants etc. We found all staff friendly and helpful. Our only criticism was the mattress in the main bedroom. It was hard, uncomfortable, kept both of us tossing and turning through the night, and caused my back and hips to ache. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Dave was awesome from the beginning, we had car issues on the way and he was flexible with the check in and offering assistance if required. When we arrived he met us and gave us a tour of the building as well as advice of local eateries. The place was beautiful and surpassed all expectations. Dave sent across details of restaurants and beaches to visit which was super helpful. A lot of hosts forget that their attitude towards guests is just as important as the accommodation. However, Dave has this dialled, cannot fault him or the apartment at all. Cheers Dave

We had an amazing stay, perfect location at the beach with restaurants and supermarket all in walking distance. Bus stop to downtown Perth also a 5 mins walk only. Apartment itself as described, clean, and has all equipment you need. We would always come back and highly recommend it.

Our coastal breeze apartment could not have been more perfect for us. The apartment itself was so nice, clean and filled with really cool funky art. The little welcome touches were very much appreciated & loved the massive message mirror. So so cool. Location, location, location - 2mins to supermarket, 5mins to beach, cafes, restaurants, playgrounds & the night markets - WOW!! We had a blast. Ted, our host was always quick to answer any questions if needed, also giving us fun local activity advice - so so helpful. Thank you for our stay. We would love to come back again soon and bring our other son too next time ♥️

Great views and location right on the marina, close to cafes and the beach just a short walk. Apartment had everything you need and as pictured and described. Lyda was super responsive and the instructions were really clear. Will absolutely stay again.

Lovely place and worth the stay

We absolutely loved our stay at Kay’s beautiful house. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Such a great location, with everything we needed for our two night stay. The beach umbrella and towels came in handy. Would recommend to friends and family.

We stayed here with our family, total 8 people, amazing location, great house and layout is perfect for big families. My only gripe is the place needs a deep clean, was good enough if you dont look too close lol, otherwise great stay!

Perfect place for our family of 3! Very comfortable and we appreciated the supply of beach towels and kids books! Really great neighborhood as well.

A wonderful stay at an amazing apartment. Apartment is actually larger than it looks in the photos, plenty of space for the 2 of us. Had everything in it that we needed, and it was great to have a washer/dryer available. Bathroom was spotless when we arrived, great shower as well. Balcony/terrace is huge, and a perfect spot for people watching and looking at the boats. Also great for watching the sunset. Nice and quiet, can barely hear any noise from the bar a couple of minutes away when on the terrace and nothing at all with the doors shut. The marina has some great places to eat and drink, beaches within 10 minutes and supermarket/shops about a 15 minute walk away. Victoria and Brodie are excellent hosts, very friendly and respond quickly. They very kindly agreed to let me have the apartment for a few extra hours on our last day, at short notice. I couldn’t recommend the hosts or the apartment enough. Would 100% stay again.

Clean and modern apartment - much better than the photos! Nice touches such as biscuits and bathroom bits. Useful facilities - laundry. Lovely comfortable furniture throughout and easy parking (space). Responsive and friendly host - easy access instructions. Definitely recommend.

Barbara’s apartment was 5* just what we were looking for. I would definitely recommend.
