Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Swan River

A very interesting, unique and pleasant experience with excellent hosts that took care of our needs promptly. Sleeping space is comfortable and clean. Limited facilities for food preparation and cooking but Micah & Monique were very prompt in providing us with clean kitchen utensils and helped readily with our laundry. Their warm hospitality kept us comfortable and we came away with fond memories of the stay. Thank you, Micah & Monique!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Manfred and Karoline’s place. It was very neat and spotless, with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space for our stuff. The outside sitting area was lovely too. The hosts were good communicators and we found them very thoughtful, kind and caring. There was even complimentary food waiting for us in the fridge: bread, milk, eggs, cheese, cold cuts and even chocolate! 😍 The beach is very close, about 5 minutes’ walk. We spent 2 nights there but would happily stay for week or longer!

What a beautiful home for a getaway. The additional touches of having so many goodies (read: freshly baked carrot cake & loaf of bread, freshly laid eggs, honey from the homestead and a cheese platter & bottle of wine!) were just the icing on the cake for this delightful stay! We absolutely loved our stay at Martin’s Airbnb! It is absolutely magical - nestled on a quiet road in the Perth Hills, it was quiet, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing… we loved enjoying breakfast and lunch on the balcony every day, listening to the birds and being visited by kookaburra and magpie The property is incredible, with lush gardens and little footpaths to go exploring, which Martin encouraged The house was comfortable and spacious, and we loved the living areas with their beautiful exposed brick The beds were super comfortable, and we had plenty of extra blankets for when it cooled down We stayed for 4weeks with our 2 little dogs, and I have never seen them happier! Martin was an exceptional host, and was always responsive when needed, and super helpful - we feel incredibly grateful to have stayed at this wonderful Airbnb

We had the most lovely time at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with all the amenities we could need. Jade and Heath truly go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay, making us feel so welcome from start to finish. The view to the lake was absolutely breathtaking, hearing the birds chirp while taking in the zen outlook on the outdoor deck made for such a peaceful and unforgettable experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better family getaway to reset and build memories.

We had a great stay, enjoying the farm animals, the birds and beautiful trees. The location is very good, we could reach the airport, city and others easily from this location. Shopping mall and post office only 3 kms away. The description of the house and how to find it was excellent. Very detailed and helpful instructions in the house, too. Everything was very well explained and we could reach Phill easily when we wanted. Very clean and spacious house. We had a very happy stay there and can only recomment it.

Absolutely amazing beautiful hidden gem! It was the perfect place for the family and myself, extra comfortable, peaceful and so pretty all around!

Wonderfully appointed property, lots of room for the entire family inside and out, a great area for the kids upstairs and the home office station was a real benefit. Well located close to the beach and with the foreshore only moments away for shops, cafes and restaurants. Very enjoyable stay, would highly recommend for family trips and look forward to coming back again.
