Monthly Rentals in Swan Point

A gorgeous peaceful home with a magnificent view and amazing birdlife! The views are constantly changing but I loved watching the sun rise over still water reflecting the clouds and listening to the birds the best. The distant mist on the water was so atmospheric and I would love to visit again one day. The house is super warm and cosy with sun coming through the windows all day long.

Katie’s place was extremely clean and well kept with a beautiful view of the river. We enjoyed our stay and will highly recommend it to other travellers seeking a quiet stay in an offbeat location away from the city. Would stay again if we ever travel to Launceston again.

Nicky and Rob’s haven is beautiful. Nicky met us on arrival and explained how we could explore the River walk, which we did. It’s a very clean and peaceful space to be. Nicky had provided some yummy snacks for us and she even left us a card and 2 chocolate love hearts as it was our anniversary. Breakfast was provided and was delicious. This is a 5 star Airbnb. Nicky is delightful (we didn’t get to meet Rob) and we were totally impressed!

The House was big and spacious for us with plenty of indoor games to spend our time. We enjoyed playing some board games, made BBQ and played some pool. Overall, This place was best for the buck.
