Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Sveta Marina

Insect screens in front of the bedroom windows and a TV in each bedroom would be nice. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! I spent New Year's Eve with my friends in Stefan's accommodation and we were very impressed by the beauty of the house, new, clean, functional, equipped with every comfort. The rooms each with their own bathroom offer maximum privacy to each guest while the open lounge allows you to enjoy moments together with other guests in total relaxation and comfort. Stefan is a fantastic host, always available, who put us in the best conditions to feel at home. Thank you!

We stayed at Tina's place for a month and had a great time. A perfect place to have a quiet and relaxing vacation. Tina was very welcoming and helpful, with very fast replies to our questions. The house came equipped with plenty appliances and kitchenware, good Wi-Fi, and a nice pool with view of the nearby mountains. We couldn't use the pool as often as we would've liked due to weather, but Tina was very consistent with cleaning it anyway 😊

Wonderful location. Quiet and beautiful scenery. Goran was very welcoming and helped us organize a truffle hunting experience, which was a highlight from our trip. Highly recommend and would return.

Inga and her family were the best hosts we've had so far, we felt completely comfortable. The house is beautiful and the view is just amazing. We were there for 7 days with a 15-month-old child and Inga provided everything necessary. Inga and Andelko are very open and also available for a short or longer chat. We highly recommend it and if we are in the area again, we will stop by again :-)

This is a large modern Airbnb with very comfortable and stylish furnishings. It’s a short walk to all the highlights in Pula, yet very quiet and private. As others have mentioned the balcony is special. It’s a perfect spot to watch the sun setting and the acrobatics of the swallows swooping by all the historic rooftops. Caterina was very helpful and responsive when we had any questions. We’d absolutely choose this Airbnb again!

There were three of us (2 adults & toddler) and we had such a great time! From the terrace you have a fantastic view of the sea. The newly equipped apartment really had everything we needed. Marko and Jakuv are very nice and were always available to us - even for our "special requests". We will be happy to come back!

It was great staying here! The host was very hospitable, flexible check-in times, very good contact, and we were allowed to stay in the property until the evening. The crystal clear water in the pool, the neighborhood is quiet and green, and it all made the trip exceptionally successful. We are very satisfied and will definitely go back to Croatia!

This is an incredible awesome place located on a bluff with an incredible view towards the historic old city. It is spectacular to sit on the large balcony and soak in the gorgeous area which also includes Rabic. The location is fabulous! You can walk 10 minutes from the location to the historic old city and a great 2 mile walk to get to the amazing ocean in Rabic. The host and his family are very hospitable people. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The apartment is just fantastic. As I told my friends, I think I’m close to heaven in this place.

We stayed 5 days in this beautiful apartment on the Istrian coast. The view and decor of the apartment were exactly as beautiful as in the pictures. Unfortunately we were there in March, so the pool wasn't filled yet and it was still too cold to take a dip. However, we could sit in the sun on the roof terrace. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, the coast is within walking distance (if you can walk a bit) and by car there are many beautiful places within driving distance. We really found the kitchen and all the items to be used to be a plus, so we could also cook for a few days and eat relaxed in the apartment.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was cozy, spacious, and spotlessly clean — exactly what I was looking for. The space was thoughtfully arranged and felt very welcoming. The owners were incredibly kind and accommodating, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Such a lovely place, I literally didn't want to leave. The tiles in bathroom are literally art and the whole space feels amazing. Jure's mom is super kind and has a great energy. I hope I can come again. Curtains aren't very dark so if you like to sleep in and light in the mornings bothers you bring a sleep mask.

Review #1 of 2: After booking Davorka's place once, I immediately booked again! It's hard to imagine a more generous and kindly AirBnB host, who was willing to help at every turn. As I'll describe in a subsequent review, the location in Rijeka's scenic Pećine neighborhood is stellar given the proximity to urban beaches and other amenities. And Davorka and Miki were hosts who took their craft to another level—whether by helping with laundry, late night cab rides, or even a timely conversation about planning further travel. Given her experience in the University of Rijeka's tourism faculty, Davorka and I had numerous conversations about what constitutes substantive hosting and teaching and their parallels (I'm employed in the latter industry). In short, it was a great pleasure to stay chez Miki and Davorka, and I'll be sure to recommend them again!

Excellent. Comfortable beds, very clean and great shower. Not much to see in Rijeke but very central to visit Istria.

nice small quiet apartment with direct sea views. The apartment looks bigger in the photos than it is. Very nicely furnished apartment with lots of details. The apartment is very quietly located - but you also have to walk 2-3 minutes from the parking lot.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is amazing – right by the sea with stunning sunset views. The beach in front of the villa is clean and beautiful, and the water is crystal clear. There are nice restaurants within walking distance, and it’s super easy to explore the whole island of Krk and even visit the nearby Risnjak National Park. Mirjana was so kind and always quick to help whenever we had a question. We’d love to come back one day. Thanks so much!

Amazing apartment, everything clean and new. Great location too, right next to the amphitheater and walking distance to everything else we could need. Hosts were very friendly and super helpful, gave us lots of information about the local area and were responsive to messages if we needed anything. Lovely little apartment, was quite enough for my family of 4 (with small kids). Seashore is a 5-minute walk, so is the shopping centre. The host and her parents are really friendly, helped us if we needed. I would emphasize the cleanliness and the location, which is a really calm neighborhood. Ideal for silent recreational vacation. To summarize my review, it is a real value for this money, totally recommended for couples or small families.

We had a fantastic stay in a special place. The terrace alone - and the special view. Also the apartment itself was top. Danilo turned out to be a very thoughtful and pleasant host. We will definitely come back here!

The house shows the signs of time, but it is equipped with everything you need. Comfortable and spacious, ideal for 6/8 people. Free parking on site, which is always a plus. Overall, a great value for money. In the future, I will gladly consider the idea of returning.
