Fully renovated studio apartment near the beach

Spacious, fully renovated studio apartment with a custom-built, fully functional new kitchen and bathroom. The apartment has a sunny balcony to lounge on. The local shop is just up the street and the beach is a 20-minute stroll or a bus stop away. When we started renovating this apartment, we decided to turn it into a studio apartment with a custom-built, queen-size Murphy bed.
