Monthly Rentals in Sveta Jelena

We had a lovely two weeks stay at Filipasi, which was a first vacation with our 2,5 months old baby. The cottage was unique, reconstructed with passion, quality and style. We really enjoyed eating on the porch with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. There was also another covered porch in case it was raining. Private place in green surroundings away from tourist crowds (a huge plus for us). Kitchen well equipped with everything we needed. The only minus, but you can't have everything, was that you have to drive to the beaches (approximately 10-15minutes) but you get to discover many of them. If you plan to run during your vacation, be prepared for hills either in the forrest or on the road (with cars passing by). We especially recommend to visit Perun restaurant in Moscenice, hike to the unique bird observatory/shelter on Kremenjak and if you have time also Griffon vultures rescue center on Cres. We truly enjoyed our first family vacation/stay at Filipasi.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. We stayed 5 days in this beautiful apartment on the Istrian coast. The view and decor of the apartment were exactly as beautiful as in the pictures. Unfortunately we were there in March, so the pool wasn't filled yet and it was still too cold to take a dip. However, we could sit in the sun on the roof terrace. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, the coast is within walking distance (if you can walk a bit) and by car there are many beautiful places within driving distance. We really found the kitchen and all the items to be used to be a plus, so we could also cook for a few days and eat relaxed in the apartment.

Beautiful very large house with a magnificent view of each room even better than in the photos and a very nice and pleasant host everything was perfect I recommend
