We wanted a quiet weekend as a break from the stressful everyday life in Hamburg. It was perfect. Waking up in the morning by the water, the tranquility, the hospitality, the beautiful stylish decor... Everything you could imagine from a summer cottage in Denmark. We could have stayed there forever and would be happy to come back :)

I had a fantastic stay at Marianne's place! The house is beautiful, calm, and has a wonderful atmosphere that made our visit truly enjoyable. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and comfortable experience!

Lars is a great host and it’s a beautiful area.

Top location in a quiet area. Everything is within walking distance, including the train station. Super amenities, including the kitchen for cooking. Flexibility at check-out helped a lot. Thank you for the accommodation and hospitality, we felt very comfortable.

We had some wonderful days in Svendborg. Lovely apartment and easy to everything. Lovely underbo very warm people who showed us the right way.

A quiet place. No noise from the road. Friendly and welcoming host. Perfect for a couple. There was what's needed in the home. Close to /in the middle of the nice Funen nature.

Modern, well equipped, bright penthouse apartment in great location ! Like living in a castle -kind to leave again 😜 We enjoy both the delicious coffee and our “welcome” champagne overlooking Svendborgsund. Glad Mogens was so flexible with arrival and departure times 👍

Arne was a wonderful host which really saved our stay in Aero when we got in trouble due to previous host. Arne was very proactive, helpful and really a nice guy. House is situated in splendid area with nice neighborough close to sea. House was clean, cozy and provided all necessarry comfort for three fly fishermen. We hope to get back again soon. We had a great getaway with our three big kids. We had brought our own wood for the stove and spent the evenings in front of the cozy fireplace. An ideal place to relax. We will be happy to come back.

Christen is a very nice and responsive host, carying, and communicative. We did not get a chance to meet him and his wife in person but we wish we would have. The place is really cozy, the heating was on when we arrived and the place felt very welcoming. It can be a bit difficult with smaller kids as they like climbing the steep stairs and touch and play with all the beautiful decorations, but we were worn and we took the risks. That being said, the place is family friendly and there are lots of games to play, there is at least one bikable bike, and plenty of kitchen appliencies and basics to cook with. We had lots of fun on the local playground and there are really beautiful walks one can take from the vilage, either around the coastline or through the inland. The neighbours and people in the village are very really. One nice man at the port gave us candy every day when we passed by. We hope to come back to Ommel soon!

Super nice and cozy place in good surroundings. Close to water, located private and in a quiet area. Sven and Christina were quick to respond to questions, so all in all a really good experience!

Lovely extended weekend on Strynø. The pig house was easy to find, and Claus was ready for check-in. The house is very well decorated, everything we needed was there. Really lovely terrace behind the house, nice shelter and sunshine a lot of the day. Parasol to take the shade (we discovered the remote control for the sun blind when we cleaned and needed home😁). The warmest recommendations from here. If we are going to Strynø again, it can easily be re-elected

Very nice, quiet house, which was completely available, although Poul lives there in winter itself. A real "Danish pearl" but with good possibilities by bike, car and walking in the area. When the weather is nice, very comfortable in the rain.

Super good experience. Cozy little apartment with everything you need and with access to the garden. I had an overnight stay for a party. Very welcoming and nice host who greeted me. There were refreshments in the fridge. I'm happy to stay there again, including for several days.

Everything was still perfect, We have sailed from Faaborg which is the only reason we are not still staying there :-)

We had nice days at Joan's place. The apartment was spacious and tidy. Breakfast is highly recommended! Homemade sandwiches and jam and local products😋. There is a small garden at the apartment, but you can also use the giant garden behind the house. There you can really unwind. There are also 2 bicycles available. We cycled to the sea in front of the sunset. A really friendly and helpful management couple😃!

Nice basement apartment with all necessary facilitators and a good bed. Easy to communicate with Søren. And Svendborg is a nice city.

Huge spacious and cozy apartment with fantastic outdoor areas in case of shelter, playgrounds and a lovely green view. Christina was hugely helpful with questions.

Friendly place to stay and Transient Lodging Tax!

Inga's apartment worked really well for an extended weekend for two adults and two children, ages 7 and 10. The kids were very crazy for the large indoor pool as well as to play table tennis, and even though the mini golf course is very small and not so challenging, it was also a nice activity, and there are both mini golf clubs and table tennis bat as well as balls in the apartment. The area around the apartment is really lovely and we took a nice walk into Faaborg's cozy center along the water. It is also possible to swim from a jetty close to the apartment and the saunas connected to the indoor pool. The apartment is (as shown in the photos) small, but the sofa in the living room works fine for both children and adults, and there are lots of kitchenware in the small but very well appointed kitchen where we cooked two of the evenings. The small dishwasher is a big plus, and it works well with the Chrome Cast in the living room.

Everything was impeccable. Lovely decor. Good beds, not too hard and not too soft. Nicely equipped kitchen and really nice bathroom. Separate washing machine room. Charming property and apartment. Shopping 2 minutes away😊
