Get close to the water and enjoy the beautiful view and direct access to Svendborgsund. Here, a newly renovated apartment is rented on the 1st floor — near Svendborg Centrum, the Archipelago Trail and much more. The apartment has its own entrance, small kitchen, dining area and living room with sea view, 2 x double bedrooms, WC & bath. Possibility of bedding in living room. On the south-facing terrace overlooking the strait there is also the possibility to sit outside and possibly light up the grill. Note: We have a dog (peaceful labrador) on the ground floor.

Strandlyst holiday apartment with unique sea view

Staying in our 75 square meter holiday apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds flow in from the birds of the forest, the sea, and the sea. A scent of fresh sea air meets one's nostrils. Also, the light experiences our guests as something special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch your arm to make sure you don't dream.

A cozy seating area is presented with a gray sectional sofa adorned with pink cushions. A small, natural wood coffee table complements the space, accompanied by a decorative plant and two candles on a minimalist side table. Soft lighting enhances the inviting atmosphere.

Good space and fully equipped with service, towels, tea towels, 2 good beds and sofa bed for 2 people. A lovely place for you who want to stay centrally in Svendborg. Easy access to train and bus.

Derudover indeholder lejligheden soveværelse og repos på 1.sal med henholdsvis 180 cm, 120 cm og 90 cm seng. Egen terrasse og masser af græsplæne at boltre sig på. Terrassen er nyanlagt i april 2022 og havemøblerne er ligeledes fra april 2022 (se sidste billede).
