Interesting two-floor interior consists of a living room, kitchen and a dining room combined, two bedrooms with own bathrooms, and a wide terrace with a sea view. The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. Local market is very close where you can find delicious groceries for your meal.

Charming, completely new and fully equipped studio apartment in the center of Dubrovnik, only 15-20 minutes walk from the historical Old town and just few steps to the seaside of the Port area . This holiday apartment is located in a family house in the suburb of Lapad. It is located on the ground floor . In front of the entrance is the spacious terrace, which is partly covered and where you will spend for sure the most time. The nearest beach and beautiful promenades along the sea, with restaurants, cafe bars and other leisure activities are in about 10 minutes walking-distance. Dubrovnik's Old Town is about 3 km away and has a rich cultural and entertaining offer.

Studio apartment - The apartment is centrally located in the Dubrovnik port. It is on the first floor and has everything you need. There are good restaurants, domestic market with fresh groceries and fish from local fishermen in the vicinity. The main bus station is just across it and local bus station in three minutes walk from it. The Old City is half an hour walk from the apartment. The apartment has one real bed and one sofa which can be made into bed for one.

Seafront apartment and first row to the sea in the family house with traditional Dalmatian restaurant overlooking the sea. Just 4 km far from the Old City and center, 2 km from the Port and 2 km from ACI Marine! Has one bedroom with double beds and extra bed (couch) in living room.
