Francois' place was ideal for visiting Normandy and not too far from many cultural attractions. The Gite or longhouse is circa early 19th century and is set in a small quiet village. The only disturbance,if you call it that is the serene sound of church bells sounding at 7am.If you're religious you will know that it is the calling to prayer(Angelicus)for those amongst us who are Catholic and for those who are not,it is quite comforting to hear and witness. Francois has a list of the ideal places of interest and that coupled with you're own desire to discover the area under your own steam,makes it a worthwhile trip. Paris is within easy reach.You can drive to the station at Evreaux and embark a train to centre of Paris in 75 mins. A family of 6 ,we paid 90 euros for a return journey which was far better value than at home in the UK. Local facilities including quality produce from a choice of 3 supermarkets are close by too. We've had fun so thank you Francois and viva la France.

Accessible, well-appointed and quiet house. Pleasant and responsive host. The place was very clean, which is very important to start the stay in good condition.( We've had bad experiences in this area before) Small gesture of attention left in the kitchen (coffee pods, dishwasher pods, dishwashing liquid...) Thank you for the very short but pleasant stay.

Beautiful peaceful home with beautiful views. We had very pleasant and cozy evenings by the fire. Karine is at the top as a host, we really appreciated her kindness and warm welcome. The fresh eggs in the garden are an undeniable plus, but we were also offered to buy a basket of vegetables from the grounds of the castle, which were really, really great products. I recommend it!

A big thank you to Cindy! Her place was impeccable and allowed us to spend an amazing weekend with friends! Whether before, during or after the stay Cindy was always very active and extremely friendly: her goal was clearly to make us feel comfortable and allow us to have a very good weekend and it's a successful mission! i'd recommend it sight a second thought

a haven of peace at Marine's, you immediately feel comfortable as the bucolic setting and the cozy cottage bring serenity. The accommodation is well equipped and very clean, perfect for 2 adults, we found a lot of visits to do nearby. A favorite!

A tastefully appointed studio where nothing is missing. Very cocooning, you feel good in it. The bedding is perfect. Quality is visible everywhere. Full of small touches: coffee, bottle of water, corn for popcorn, ........ This place is good for a short stay. I recommend ++

We were very well received by Gaëtan, he was available and responsive throughout the stay and in advance. The accommodation is well located, close to downtown and served by bus. Great stay!

We had the best stay imaginable thanks to Florence and its beautiful property. The host was very available and always ready to do us a favor if needed, and the place was simply sublime and beyond our expectations. We would recommend a thousand times 🖤
