Vacation rentals with a sauna in Surin Beach

Excellent. Would recommend!

Our family stayed in this apartment for 9 days. We liked the place, everything in general corresponds to the description and photos. In fact, the apartment is a little smaller than it looks in the photos. The sofa is sliding, designed for a person of small stature. The daughter, 168 cm tall, slept diagonally. The hostess Evgenia is very responsive, promptly answered my questions. It should be borne in mind that staying in an apartment in this condominium does not imply free use of the transfer to Boat avenue and the beach. This service is available free of charge only to hotel guests (who rent a room directly from Diamond resort). But this is not a problem, since the beach can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes and there is always a tuk tuk nearby. It can be reached much cheaper. Also, if you want to leave your luggage at the reception, you will have to pay 300 baht. Free for hotel guests only. I recommend this apartment, we had a good time here.

A nice, very well-equipped apartment. With the possibility of self-catering. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom is very large, it's just great. The highlight is the balcony with a wonderful view of the sea and in the evening you can watch beautiful sunsets. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, which is just great. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back.

A beautiful apartment in a large hotel complex overlooking the countryside. The octagonal terrace with pool is a real highlight. Everything is within walking distance in a few minutes.

Fabricio did a great enduring that our stay was smooth and easy. Our flight was late to arrive but he was able to accommodate outside of the normal check in hours. The place was very cozy, clean and super nice to be on a side street which became very quiet in the evening time. There was an issue with the internet but he responded quickly and sent a technician immediately and it was solved. Rented a motorbike and there was parking available at the apartment complex. There was also staff at the front desk taking care of the building and security for the parking entrance which made me feel our items left in the apartment were safe and secure. Overall fantastic stay if you are looking to have a restful trip in Phuket.

Location perfect. Apartment superb. Raissa the finest host..communication superb..if you want the BEST..This is it.. Idyllic balcony..facing a garden of Palm trees & the sounds of tropical birds..not noisey traffic.. Local food shops 5 mins..then onto a fabulous beach..no crazy jet skies to put you off swimming..wonderful selection of Thai cuisine..close your eyes and open to Paradise...

The listing matched the description and images. The complex was very nice but also with strict rules (eating & drinking by the pool not allowed). Thank you very much to Miles and maybe we'll see you again.

we had a nice stay at the Appartement. It has a lot storage room so you can unpack all your bags and it is definitly good for a long time stay. Every room has an aircondition and big TVs with netflix. Unfortunately the cleaning Lady seemed to have a bad day before our arrival because there was dust in almost all corners of every room and the drawers/closets were dusty (so Inhad to Clean it before putting our clean cloths in it) and there was hair in the bathroom and one the toilet. For our Kids (3 and 6years) it was too far to walk to the beach because it was too hot and they are lazy and there are no sidewalks 😅. adults can walk to the beach. we usually took a Taxi which was Like 200baht. there are 2 Pools and 2 gyms in the condo which are great and we had a Lot of fun in the Pool😄. there is a Restaurant in the complex which is Open Till 5 or 5:30pm where you can get breakfast, ice cream and Thai food. the 7 eleven is only a 5min walk away 👍🏻

Stunning 2 bedroom 1 bath condo in excellent condition. Exactly as seen in the photos. Majestic views of the Mountains from the living room, dining room and kitchen. Listen to the birds singing in the morning. Junaid and his team are very good hosts and helpful. Very well equipped kitchen and fast internet. Nice black out curtains throughout. Excellent 55” TV with Netflix and reclining sofas. Great 20 meter lap pool. Nice gym and other smaller pool. 45 stairs from the parking lot to the front door. Light sleepers my be awaken at 5:30 a.m. by the local Mosque - call to prayer. Highly recommend to everyone. Five star Hosts and Condo !

Everything was just great! The apartment was very clean! The kitchen had everything you need, the balcony has a washing machine and a drying rack. The territory of the complex is simply beautiful: a lot of swimming pools, parking (there were always free spaces), security. The location is just super! The beach is 7 minutes by bike, 7/11 and WeCafe - 1 minute by bike. The condominium is completely new, clean, well-maintained. The only downside is that the condo does not have a luggage storage room. If check out is at 12pm and departure is at 9pm, it is necessary to be with luggage all this time. At the reception, even for the money, they didn't want to look after the suitcases. But we left at our own risk and walked for 2 hours)

We stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks. The location is perfect for such a period. If we would have stayed for a longer period, of course, the apartment should look for a bigger one. Overall it was great, clean cozy, lots of cool places in the neighborhood. In general, if you want to spend an unforgettable time in a place to eat this is what you need. Be immediately ready for the fact that 90% of your neighbors will be Russian-speaking)))

Wonderful 5 star stay in the Condo on my own. The apartment was nice and clean. Check in with Gibbs was easy. She is lovely! It was great that I could use the Diamond Resort pool. There was a shuttle to Boat Avenue (supermarket and restaurants) and Bang Tao beach. There tuk tuk stand is right outside the resort too. It was easy communicating with Davide and the group. Davide was quick at helping me. I will be back again, I enjoyed my stay there.

We were absolutely satisfied, the accommodation offered plenty of space, great surroundings and the view from the balcony is stunningly beautiful.

It’s a good place for a family retreat. Place is clean and maintained. Housekeeping will come in every 3 days I believe. Within the compounds, there’s a pool, sauna and jacuzzi in one of the bathrooms. House is spacious is convenient. Thank you Viktor for hosting

Stop searching! This property is absolutely breathtaking! The whole neighborhood is new. The security team is awesome. The house itself is huge. I believe it can easily accommodate eight people if needed, it was just my girlfriend and I and we lost each other a few times in the home lol. I’ve used AirBnB quite a bit and this house may be my favorite. He was communicative, understanding, and very proactive. He provides all of the asses to ensure you have a fantastic time in Phuket. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be staying here probably with a few friends. Thanks Andrei!!

I had an absolutely delightful Chinese New Year holiday at Tara's house. The house is beautifully designed and truly a dream home for me. Tara was incredibly thoughtful by preparing New Year decorations for us after learning that we were celebrating Chinese New Year there. Every facility in the house was complete, making our holiday extremely enjoyable. To our great surprise, Tara arranged for a housekeeper every day to tidy up the rooms and do our laundry. This is the best vacation rental we've ever stayed in.

Absolutely stunning house. Everything was perfect. I can't recommend it enough. I will try to return in the near future. 5☆☆☆☆☆
