At the tree Phuket one of the best condo in Rawai area. Modern, clean with high ceilings and very well designed. 38 m2 . Our studio is located right on the pool side. It is 700 meters walking distance to Rawai Beach or short drive to Nai Harn beach / Kata Noi Beach - both are great! Nearby there are many shops, local cafes, massage places . Underground parking is great, condo is cosy with relaxing vibes. Awesome pool . Tranquil and peaceful. Baby cot , bath available on request.

The location is ideal, quiet, very well situated between the famous beaches of naiharn beach (6 minutes) and rawai beach (3 minutes). Not far from the villa you will find restaurants, massages, supermarkets. The pool, the terrace and the tropical garden are a real paradise during the day and night.

This was a great place to stay. I liked how electricity/water/cleaning fees were all included in the price so no hidden charges. Location is great by the beach and many great restaurants nearby to eat. 7/11 is next door, super convenient. Only slight critique I have was that the bed was harder than I like. This is just personal preference so I still rated 5 star!

Yulia was a great host, everytime I contacted her she replied so quickly and was super helpful. The flat was so so clean, which I loved as I am slightly OCD. The only thing missing was some hand towels in the kitchen, otherwise it is a great little flat. The location was great as it is only a short walk to Bang Tao (15-20mins) Beach and there is also a FREE shuttle which took you as well (3-4 mins). The swimming pool was clean and the water was so warm. We went the week of half term so there were alot of families with young children, so if you want some peace it is best to get to the pool early before 9.30am for a swim. The location was perfect and had shops, restaurants, shopping and everything else you need right at your doorstep. The area is super chill and very family orientated. We would defo stay here again. We also loved that it had a washing machine to wash our clothes and downstairs there were more communal ones with dryers as well. 24hr security so felt super safe too.

The house was fantastic: the bed linens were great, and the view from the window was beautiful—not of neighboring houses, but of trees. In the house, the doors and staircase are made of wood, and instead of tiled flooring, there’s a wooden surface that feels very pleasant on your feet. I also loved the community; there are few residents, making it very quiet and peaceful. You can walk to the sea in about 15 minutes through parks. The host was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late!

We had an incredible stay at Prima Villa in Karon. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Jacky and her team were always on standby and ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. The villa was private, spacious, and extremely comfortable—just what we were looking for. The rooms were clean and airy, and the pool was absolutely beautiful and completely secluded, offering a peaceful space to unwind. The location was great—just a 5-minute walk to a nearby massage spot and a 7-Eleven for snacks and essentials. Local shops were also within walking distance. Despite being close to amenities, the villa was tucked away in a quiet area, making it perfect for those who want to relax away from the busier parts of Phuket. Laundry was done promptly, and anything we asked for was handled without fuss. The only small issue was that the pots and pans could use an update—they’re a bit worn out and
