Monthly Rentals in Sunshine

The house was exactly as described on Airbnb—clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet suburban neighborhood. The host was highly responsive and addressed any issues promptly and efficiently. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as complimentary drinks in the refrigerator and snacks in the kitchen. The 85-inch TV was an added bonus, especially for the kids, who thoroughly enjoyed gaming on it. Overall, a pleasant and well-managed stay.

We stayed at Hana's place just for a night to get to the airport the next day. The house was located in a very quiet neighbourhood. Check-in instructions were very clear. The house was equipped with decent utensils and the heater system could have been better but not much of a concern if you are here for a night. Nevertheless, it was cozy and comfortable to sleep. The host Hana is very kind and friendly. Highly recommend this place if you are flying out of Melbourne the next day.

The house was very comfortable for a family of 4. The kids loved it and the toys and story books were a great hit. The amenities were terrific and made it a great home away from home. The kitchen was well equipped so you can make home cooked meals for the family. It was just right. The only thing to note is if you have small kids that at the time of our stay there was a glass coffee table and glass bedside tables which we had to be careful of with our small curious kids because we have a 1 and a 4 year old.

I also really appreciated the tranquility of the place, which allowed me to fully relax after a day of exploring.
