I had the pleasure of staying at Herbert’s place for an extended period, and I couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home. From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped for a long-term stay. The space was perfect for working remotely, with fast Wi-Fi and a quiet, cozy atmosphere. The kitchen had all the essentials (and more), making it easy to cook meals throughout my stay. I also appreciated the laundry facilities and ample storage, which made settling in seamless. What really stood out was Herbert’s hospitality — always responsive, helpful, and respectful of privacy. They made sure I had everything I needed and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-managed property. I’ll definitely be back!

Jeanne’s home is exactly as described! Spectacular!! Clean, well appointed kitchen, everything we needed for a six week stay and more! We loved everything and Sun City! Jeanne and Nicole were very responsive and helpful every step of the way. Two of the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. If I could give them and their home 10 stars ⭐️ we would. We will be back!

Well I want to give Chelsea and Cat and Leslie 5 stars on everything. Asking about price, 5 stars means I thought it was very fair and a very good value for what we needed, our budget, and the alternatives--made me feel like it is something I would want to do again. It's kind of scary watching your card being charged for something you havent seen yet, but we neednt have worried a bit. The place was so spacious! All the things you would want in the kitchen--even a steamer for the green beans! What all we found in cabinets and garage was what we needed. When I asked about adding an extra day, the response was quick, and would have been a nice deal, we just didn't end up needing it. I dont do AirBnB very often, so thanks for being so nice and holding my hand thru this. You are near my home in Sun City so it was a good place for our out of town guests, and my husband and I spent time there too as it was so comfortable and inviting. Made hosting and dining together fun.
