Monthly Rentals in Summerland

The stay at Crystals apartment was absolutely perfect. We lived there together for a study abroad semester. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. Crystal was always responsive and caring and helped us every time we had questions or issues. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly as well. We felt right as home. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a quiet and private stay in Santa Barbara. Thank you for making our stay perfect, Crystal!

EXTREMELY CLEAN space. This is one of the best cleaned AirBnBs I've stayed in, having traveled across the US. Sarah was super responsive. I also loved the private driveway parking right in front of the cottage -- a huge plus in Santa Barbara -- and it made moving in and out so much easier. The whole unit was newly renovated, with a calming, minimalist aesthetic. Lovely shower -- newly and nicely tiled, walk-in stall with sliding glass doors, enough room to place my products, and good water pressure, especially for California. The (junior sized) stacked washer and dryer worked very well and made such a difference in my stay. Wi-Fi was strong the whole stay. The space is just enough for a single person or couple and has a full kitchen with utensils so you can make your own meals. The neighborhood is very quiet, with mature trees that form an arbor over the private backyard space -- I enjoyed doing a bit of star gazing between the branches at night. A really great value in Santa Barbara.

Chico and Coco could not have been kinder. Chico met us at check in and showed us everything. What a luxury to have a 2 car garage. We were very happy with our stay!
