Monthly Rentals in Sudbury

Joanne truly has earn the title of super host. Detail instructions to locate her place with pictures to help avoid missing her location. The place is as described and my biggest disappointment was Mother Nature which decided to delay spring like weather so didn’t really get to take in the lake experience. My visit was on 4/10-4/13. Rain/snow mix decided to return.Joanne is quick to address any questions and has all the basics needed for your stay. Kitchen equipped with coffee maker and supplies. For the folks staying in to prepare meals pots and seasonings on deck. Joanne’s place is a can’t miss and ideal as well if looking to travel into Boston as we did on this stay.

Tranquil spot in a beautiful surrounding area. The views were incredible - the sunset was idyllic! The communication with the host was very clear and helpful as well. Thank you again

Matt was an excellent host. Incredibly communicative. Never waited longer than 30 mins for a response to a text. Gave great advice as to shopping and restaurants in the area. The house was spotless. Tons of bath towels and bathroom accessories available. Beds were quite comfortable. Overall a joy to stay at this home. We had 7 men staying over the 250th anniversary of “the shot heard round the world” in which we participated as guests of Minute Man Historical Park. The house was able to fit us all without feeling squeezed. Highly recommend for large groups like ours.

Great older lake house vibe. We liked it very much. It worked great for our family of five.
