the house is cozy between a stream and a forest 5 minutes drive from the lift I recommend !!!

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious and beautifully located house, in the middle of nature. The landlord, Andreas, was always available and answered all questions immediately, which allowed us to settle in quickly. The kitchen was well decorated and everything necessary for the beginning was there even though the kitchen appliances were a little older. The house was warm and clean, a special feature was the bathtub. It is important to note that the terrace is not child-proof and the strong hillside location is already visible in the photos. Overall, we were very satisfied and would be happy to come again!

We had rented both houses for our team event. Both houses are modern and stylish. It was everything we needed in the house. The location and views are mega. Despite the location, everything can also be reached quickly by foot.

We had a nice time in Sankt Oswald. The house has a super nice location. The road to it is a bit exciting the first time:-) Spacious house, spacious and very neat bathrooms, cozily furnished. In warm weather, it stays quite fresh in the house and it cools down nicely in the evening. Some tips for the surroundings: we bought a Kärntenkaart at the tourism office in Bad Kleinkirchheim with which we could do activities for a whole week without paying extra for it. Some of the activities: Biospärenparkbahn Brunnah ( in the village itself) and walk on the top and visit the St Oswalder Bockhutte, reptielenzoo, Alpen Wildpark Feld am See ( a little further you will find the Afritzer See where you can swim) , boat trip on the Millstäter See (free swimming spot can also be found there), family walk in St Oswald. We had a nice meal in the Gasthof Sportalm and in the pizzeria in Radenthein. A very nice location to spend your vacation!

Nicole is lovely, the instructions and recommendations were good. flexibility of arrival and great access. Everything was clean and tidy. The area is peaceful and very beautiful. To improve, just the kitchenware, I recommend including scissors and corkscrew. In the bathroom there was a bit of humidity because there was some water leak, but it wasn't annoying. Highly recommended, with amenities and very nice.

Had a great time staying here. Christine was very responsive and had the place ready for us. She even provided us with the summercard which we could use on many attractions. The place is surrounded by beautiful mountains and the view from the airbnb is unbelievable breathtaking. The drive up the mountain to get to the place is intself very beautiful. Highly recommend if you are staying in the area.

Milan's place was an ideal place for us for crash for a few days. We had been traveling for quite a bit and needed some quiet, downtime somewhere.. This place was absolutely perfect. It had a lovely study (dining) table, with a properly set kitchen and living area.. He has thought about every tiny detail and it was quite amazing. We will like to surely come back to this place in the future!

house is located right next to skiing slope. the apartment is extremely clean. a lot of things to do within driving and walking range. very pleasant hosts. you will get the last floor for yourself although staircase is opened so you can hear what's happening in the rest of the house

We enjoyed our stay very much! Great location and very nice for hiking. We were 4 adults and 4 children. They had a lot of fun and fell in love with the mountains.

A very nice place with very quiet surroundings. The Almchalet really offers what it promises, very clean and cozy. The village cat also found us right away and cared for its cuddly units.

We stayed at the cabin with 10 people and had enough room for everyone. The kitchen was brand new, which we had not expected, as the photos even show the old kitchen. Communication with Berni and Günter was extremely unproblematic and price-performance is right! The cabin is well equipped! The location and views were very nice and you can start beautiful hikes directly from the cabin (Gaßerhöhe, Rippeteck, Spiegelsee,...). All in all, a completely successful trip. Anytime again!

renate's place is beautiful and cozy. Totally equipped with everything both in the rooms and in the kitchen. Everything is working and functional. The garden is manicured and from the outside you can enjoy a spectacular view of the valley. The silence at night is absolute so that it is not difficult to see the fawns approaching the house. Renate is a kind and helpful person, always ready in case of any problem. We had a beautiful, relaxing and restful vacation. Renate's house is an experience that we will absolutely repeat in the future

In a compact but spacious bikta we were 6 people and each had its corner. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides all your needs from scratch to heat and eat. There was a pampering outdoor tub with simple operation. And the view made the experience something dreamy

The cabin is as described, the path is a small challenge with a "normal" car. But it's not surprising with a remote cabin. We felt comfortable and can recommend the hut and Reinhard as a host!

We were tied to the property due to the weather. There were a lot of board games. The fireplace provided pleasant warmth and the evening could end well in the sauna.

Nice and clean place, perfect for a couple of two that is looking for a nice holidays in the mountains. Was there for Snowboarding and it was perfect. It seems to be pretty well suited for hiking, too. Host was friendly and responsive, thanks for the nice stay!
