In front of the entrance is a terrace with table and armchairs, as well as a 100 m² fenced meadow (ideal for dogs).

The house is situated directly on hiking and pilgrim routes such as the Wörthersee Rundwanderweg or the Marian pilgrimage route.

Laberer vacation home

The house consists of 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds and 2 single beds. You'll love my place because it's in the middle of the ski resort, because of the kitchen, high ceilings, coziness, the views. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). (!!! no summer card possible at this house!!!) There is only one public Wi-Fi in the house, but it can only be used to a limited extent! For each pet, €15/night is to be paid!

A safe playground with a swing, sandbox, pedal vehicles and much more awaits the little guests for a carefree time away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Cyclists have direct access to the bike path network. Relaxing forest walks directly from the house let your soul breathe.

The property consists of a pleasant 2-room apartment with its own kitchen, dining area, bathroom and balcony. The design is rural. A private oven which is operated with wood from the local forests completes the offer. The apartment is only 15 minutes away from the Gerlitzen ski resort. In 20 minutes you can reach the women's downhill skiing in the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski resort or the thermal spas of the surrounding area.
