Super cottage, close to trails and supermarket. Plenty of room inside. The playground, barbeque, sauna, and hot tub in the backyard were perfect for a long weekend with friends. Thanks for hosting!

Great family stay, excellent safe location and good communication

Very nice place to stay. You have to go to the slopes and trails of the Giant Mountains, but the accommodation is super quiet and not in a tourist hotspot.

Ondřej's beautiful house is the perfect place if you need a break in the middle of nature. The house offers everything to feel comfortable: comfortable beds, a large kitchen, a beautiful garden, two bathrooms, a sauna and beautiful & lovingly selected inventory. The house is so big that you can get away very well with 10 people. The area offers many great hiking trails, ski slopes and sights (e.g. old war bunker). Ondřej was accessible and helpful at all times. Our stay was beautiful and we'll be thinking about next time we're coming!

We were there over Easter with 2 families (9 people) and felt very comfortable. The house is really very spacious and offers plenty of space, so you can also retreat. We often used the sauna in the basement, works perfectly. There is a small fee to pay for it. In one of the bedrooms there is an additional infrared cabin :-) It's a good hiking area. Hiking maps are available at the tourist information office in the village. We recommend the signposted path to the Schwarze Desse waterfall and then on to the reservoir. The only drawback: the house is right on the street, but that's also what it says in the listing. All in all a very successful vacation and a great house. I had an incredible pleasure to spend time in the house and I must say it was a unique experience. The house is extremely comfortable - you can see that the owner used to live there, which gives it a cozy, homey atmosphere. Everything is thoughtful in the smallest details, which makes you feel at home right away. For families with kids, it's a real paradise! The house has plenty of toys to keep the little ones entertained, and there are great amenities such as outdoor grilling facilities for adults. The garden is a perfect place to relax – spacious, well-maintained, and full of charming corners, where you can relax after an intense day. The home's amenities are top notch, and the kitchen is well-stocked, making it easy to prepare meals. You can see that the owners have put a lot of heart into this place, taking care of every detail to ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The place is really cozy and peaceful, but a few things can be improved in my opinion. The lack of mirrors in the bathrooms, and closing the door is a little uncomfortable, there were no towel racks, the kitchen table was missing, and the photos from the listing were missing. However, this does not change the fact that these are details that can be worked out. In general, I sincerely recommend this place, clean, warm, quiet, close to the slopes, very good contact with the owner. The amount for the rental is appropriate to the conditions.

It was very nice in the house. There are plenty of play opportunities for the kids. The beds were clean and the layout of the rooms was great! The property managers were always available. We will be happy to come back.

I was with a group of friends and my dog. Our stay at Pavel’s place went very well. The accommodation is just like in the pictures. We enjoyed the swimming pool, big garden and BBQ. Also, we were working remotely and the internet connection was very good. Communication with Pavel was easy and he’s reactive.

Everything was great. I could sleep very well and the room has everything you need, even a kitchen.

Beautiful house, as in the photos. A paradise for the children, they didn't want to leave anymore. The stream is also right by the garden. The house is sparkling clean and the hosts were very friendly and always available. We highly recommend!

We felt very comfortable in the modern house with wellness area. Simona waited for us on arrival and explained everything to us. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The wellness area leaves nothing to be desired. About 500 m away there is a supermarket and if you drive in winter the ski slope is also quick to reach. Everything was super clean, there were bathrobes for everyone and also enough towels were there. 5 stars for this great place!!!

Our stay at the cottage was amazing. We managed to relax and disconnect. The only thing missing in the house was towels, you should bring your owns which is not the most convenient thing to do if you travel from far by public transportation. But apart from it there is everything in the house. The village is quite comfortable despite its very small size. Supermarket is open every day, there are a couple of cafes and nice walking area

Beautiful place to stay, very fast communication

Perfect vacation home, really equipped with every comfort and everything has been thought out. We stayed during the summer holidays with 2 families (4 adults and 4 teenagers). A truly excellent accommodation both inside and out. Real care and attention has been paid and you can see that from start to finish. You just need to park your car and enjoyment starts. The house is tasteful and with attention on quality and detail built and decorated. The hosts are also really friendly and you can communicate excellently with both English and German. Nothing is too much to pamper the guest!! Nearby, there are plenty of natural beauty to admire, but there are also plenty of active excursions. Shop 8 minutes away by car.

We had a very nice stay over Easter. Miroslav is very friendly and accommodating. We lacked nothing and we would book again anytime.

The house is very nice with a beautiful view. Everything was sparkling clean and tidy, the house is as in the pictures. Upon arrival there was cold beer ready for us. We received a lot of information in advance about trips in the area via Jellie from Cesky Sight, which we liked very much. We also had a very good contact with the owners of the house. Friendly people who take really good care of their guests. Unfortunately, there were problems with the water supply in the region during our vacation. A force majeure situation. The owners went above and beyond to resolve the issue and brought us large amounts of bottles of water and even offered to come and shower at their place. There was always a quick response to questions. Despite the water problem, we had a great holiday! We would love to come back again!

It's a great house, more than big enough for a group of 10 people. Everything is there! Kristina is a fantastic host with a heart of gold! We had an accident where we urgently needed medical attention on a holiday. Kristina and her mom helped us greatly and took care of everything. Without them, it would have looked completely different to us. We can't thank her enough and will definitely go back again! Kristina, mom and Michaela thanks again for everything!!!

Beautiful accommodation where we felt very comfortable, especially in the living room with the fireplace. The accommodation allows a lot of privacy with its location on the slope, in about 20-30 minutes you are also in all the nearby ski areas, only that you are not directly in a ski area or have the close connection to a bus, made the car necessary for us.

It was a pleasure to staying there. Want say thanks to the hosts for a nice hospitality.
